Just what we needed!

We needed a place to stay until our house closed and this property had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The bed was super comfortable and the kitchen was updated and had everything we needed to cook! Nice neighborhood, quiet and peaceful. Thanks Troy!

Great location

It was a great property super close to family which was great. Bed in master was also very comfortable. House was nice and spacious and back yard area was wonderful.

Plenty of space to spread out!

While a little bit out of the way, and not the most up-to-date property, Troy's property was clean and offered plenty of space to spread out as I was staying with my elderly parents and a college friend for the NCAA men's basketball final four. The beds were very comfortable, the living room furniture, especially the recliners, allowed much-needed relaxation time after long days spent at the games. The neighborhood was safe, quiet, and peaceful. Thank you Troy for a wonderful stay!

Can't wait to visit again!

We had the best of time in Troy's home. It was clean, close to alot of stores and restaurants, and he was amazing at communicating efficiently. We definitely recommend this place to anyone and will definitely be visiting again.

Co Vid 2021 Winter Retreat

It is difficult to give a fair description of our experience of this property as we stay during CoVid when all activities were suspended with a few exceptions. Social distancing was practiced throughout the community so we did not truly experience all the property amenities. Troy was very responsive when contacted for questions we had and minor issues that came up during our 3 month stay.

Fantastic stay in Sun Lakes while building our house in South Chandler.

Our family just built our dream house in Chandler. We really appreciated the comfort and peacefulness at Troy and Tina's place while going through all the stress of building our house. Sun Lakes is amazing and we were very comfortable in their spotlessly clean rental. Their summer rates are extremely reasonable too !! Thanks guys come visit us in our new home. The Peterson family

We really appreciated all the extras

We were very comfortable at our house on the golf course. Morning coffee while watching people tee off was fantastic way to start the day. Troy and Tina supplied a free golf cart that we went everywhere with. Also having free golf clubs and bicycles was great. We would have never been able to bring all of those things with us. We have already booked for next year.

Great stay, Great hosts.

We fully enjoyed our stay at Troy and Tina's houses. We were building our own house in south Chandler and originally thought we could last at an extended stay. OMG "NO" . Troy and Tina came to the rescue and not only were we extremely comfortable, When our house construction went over schedule by an extra month, TnT were able to find us a place because they have several houses. Both of there properties that we stayed at were immaculate. One was in phase one and the other in Palo Verde. They were always just down the street should we need anything. Once again our stay was great and we would like to have Troy and Tina over to our new home!

Best Stay in seven years of coming to Sun Lakes !!!

From the moment we walked through the door and were greeted by a gorgeous "welcome basket" I knew I was in for a special stay. Troy and Tina are the perfect hosts and they live right down the street. One morning the garage door wouldn't work so I called Troy. He had a repairman there in half an hour and it was fixed within the hour! The house is like new and was absolutely spotless. The beds are so comfortable I had to check and see the make. We loved having my morning coffee by the fountain in the professionally manicured back yard. The free golf cart was great, we used it every single day. We stayed 4 months and never wanted to leave. I have been coming to Sun Lakes for the last 7 years and although all have been nice, this place was definitely the best! Thank you T&T! Your friend, Dennis
