This house is very special to our hearts as it housed my children as they attended University of Florida for 3 years so it is simple but comfortable.

This is a quiet but accessible neighborhood as it is foot steps from University Ave. and a 4 minute drive to the stadium or 30 minute walk. It is in the midst of activity but tucked away at the same time for some peace and quiet with plenty of greenery around.
