Wonderful stay. The condo is spacious, clean, and very well stocked. It is located is a very great spot to access shops and restaurants on Main Street. It was not yet ski eason, but just a short drive away is an excellent hike that offers an incredible day in nature! The rooms are very spacious and offer plenty of room for a family to relax in the mountains! We would definitely stay here again. It felt like home as soon as we walked in.

Had a great weekend in Breck with the family. Place was just as advertised and plenty of space. Really appreciated the black out shades while traveling with kids. The welcome bag was a nice touch. Left behind some things and the host was able to ship them to be without hesitation. Really appreciated the excellent communication.

Kirk is a top tier host and the property was exactly as advertised. Very strong communications from the time of booking through departure - super helpful and friendly. We loved the layout and cleanliness, and the kitchen was well equipped. Finally - the bar area was an awesome touch from a design standpoint as well as functionality - very cool. Only thing to be aware of is that you will get a little highway 9 noise with windows open - but that's pretty much the same anywhere in Breck - did not impact us whatsoever. Love this place for a fall break. Zero issues. Will be booking again.

Our stay (just me and my husband) was very nice. The place was very clean and looked as it did in the photos. It was also very comfortable for the 2 of us. The sectional couch in the living room is very comfortable! The master bedroom was smaller than many other units we’ve stayed in, so we used one of the closets in one of the other bedrooms to hang our clothes and store our luggage. Great location for a reasonable walk to Main Street or a hike off Boreas Pass. The on property gym is not great (and small) but has some basics. Kirk was very responsive and helpful prior to and throughout our stay. All in, our rating is 4.5.

Beautifully decorated condo in a great location. The kitchen is well stocked, much better than any other place I've stayed. Nice views from the deck. Easy to walk to restaurants.

I can't say enough good things about this condo, the host and the proximity to town and the Quicksilver lift. The condo was warm, comfy and was well equipped. The kitchen was fully stocked with nice appliances. After a full day of skiing, we loved hanging out in the living room, fire on, watching TV while working on a puzzle at the coffee table. Beds very comfy, but we all felt the pillows were too hard (honestly, this is our only blah). Love the under counter lighting in the master bath, the garage to put our skis, the hot tub just steps away and the mood lighting on the deck. Host was responsive and answered any questions we had. Overall, A stay for 6 adults.

We stayed here for our ski trip and it was literally PERFECT. From the moment we booked, the host, Kirk was so nice and incredibly responsive. Everything was seamless and stress-free, which we love.The condo itself? SO cozy. It had that warm, snuggly, après-ski vibe that makes you want to light a candle, pour some wine, and never leave. Everything was spotless and beautifully maintained, you can tell they really care.Location-wise, it doesn’t get better. It’s only a 5-minute walk to the Quicksilver lift, which made mornings so easy (no hauling gear forever ). Plus, all the restaurants were within walking distance...we parked the truck (yes, our F150 fit in the garage) and basically forgot about it.And can we talk about the hot tub?! Absolute heaven after a full day on the slopes, relaxing our ski legs like queens and kings We also loved hanging out in the living area! We turned the fireplace on, put puzzles together, made small breakfasts in the mornings (the kitchen is very well equipped, even though we didn’t end up using it much). The beds were super comfortable (slept like babies), and the bar area was SO cool, perfect for cute little cocktail nights before heading out.10/10 would stay here again for our ski trip. Cozy, clean, amazing location, and such a wonderful host. We’re already dreaming about coming back
