Discover the perfect getaway in this stylish, brand new construction 3BR/2BA vacation home, just minutes from historic St. Augustine and close to restaurants, markets, shops, and beaches. Thoughtfully designed with mid-century coastal decor, it offers one king suite, one queen bed, and a coastal-themed bedroom with twin over full bunk bed with additional twin trundle rollout. The fully fenced, spacious backyard provides the perfect space for relaxation and entertainment. Enjoy an unforgettable vacation stay in this beautiful home.
Living Room and Kitchen:
-Fully equipped kitchen with essential cooking equipment and utensils, including Nespresso pod coffee maker, slow cooker, small blender, rice cooker.
-Huge kitchen counter with six stools
-Small kitchen table with additional seating for four.
Bathrooms:
-Master bath with walk-in shower
-Full bathroom with tub and shower combo shared by bedrooms 2 and 3.
Outdoor Amenities:
Fully fenced in yard with wood-burning fire pit (guests must bring/purchase own wood if wanting to use fire pit), propane gas grill, and outdoor dining table with seating for six.
Entertainment:
-Children’s puzzles and games.
-Smart TVs: 65” TV in Living Room, and 55” TVs in Bedroom 1, and Bedroom 2.
-Xfinity high speed internet (300 mbps download speed).
Work:
Dedicated work area with desk in Bedroom 3 allows for private workspace if needed.
Beach Essentials:
Beach chairs and towels.
Pet-Friendly Features:
Pet Supplies: Dog bowls, mat, dog bed and dog waste disposal bags.
Pack’n Play, high chair, plastic utensils: Available for families with young children

-Florida is host to an abundance of wildlife, including many varieties of snakes, lizards, and insects. We strive to keep our home immaculate and employ professional pest control services. We would greatly appreciate your assistance by keeping entrance doors closed as much as possible, putting food away, and quickly disposing of all food garbage in outdoor receptacles. This will help prevent ants, roaches, lizards etc., from getting in the home.
