This open and spacious 2 Bedroom, 2 Bath plus den Cottonwood is the perfect Palm Desert getaway. It has been tastefully furnished and offers all that you can ask for in a vacation rental. The living room has plenty of seating for you and your guests to sit around the fireplace and watch your favorite sporting event or movie around the large TV. For the chef in your group, the fully remodeled and well stocked kitchen with updated appliances will make cooking a breeze! And when the weather is right, you can enjoy dining al-fresco on the patio with beautiful views of the fairway and lake.
After a long day swimming in the many community pools, you can rest in either of the 2 bedrooms. The primary bedroom offers a King Bed, TV, ensuite bath with shower/tub combo and has access to a private patio. The guest bedroom offers a queen bed, TV, and ensuite bathroom with walk in shower. For extra sleeping arrangements, the den offers a sleeper sofa with TV as well.

Forty-six community swimming pools are available to renters.
