This home is absolutely beautiful and everything you need is provided. The backyard is magnificent and a great place to spend time with family. The beds were comfortable and the kitchen well-stocked. It is a short walk to the beach and an easy commute to both Downtown, UCSB and the airport. The hosts made check in easy and had clear directions at the house for operating everything! Great stay! 10 out of 10

Great little place about .5 mile to the beach. House was very clean and comfortable. Nice sheets and towels! The house cam with all the beach toys and chairs and boards you would need for a fun day at the beach. Overall, great place to stay for sure in Santa Barbara!

This property has it all. Cleanliness, great and timely communication before, during, and after visit, and every amenity you could hope for to feel right at home. The owners have thought of everything. The beds were especially comfortable, and the two master bedrooms were perfect for two couples sharing the house. The neighborhood is nice and quiet. All the appliances are top of the line. The backyard is a vacation oasis with the built in BBQ, hot tub, fire pit and lush landscaping. I could go on and on for all the reasons this house played out as the perfect stay.

This family friendly spot has a beautiful yard, perfect for family gatherings. The kitchen is well stocked and the appliances were newer and nice. Everything was clean and very neatly put away, and it was clear that the hosts visit this property and take care of it.The location was perfect for adventures on upper state and exploring the beach and parks. The birdsong in the morning was so magical that I thought someone was piping it in at first. Do note that there is no AC and only a couple screens (in keeping with the gorgeous vintage windows), so if a bug will ruin your stay, this is not for you. But for us, the beauty of the house and the indoor outdoor living vibe was worth it. There are abundant fans and the location means the house cools quickly in the evening. It was in the high eighties, low nineties during our visit and we were a little warm in the middle of the day, but generally fine. The hosts were responsive, kind, and helpful. Their instructions were clear and uncomplicated.I would highly recommend this rental. Thank you, Jeff and Kim

Absolutely beautiful and clean space. The outdoor areas are exceptional for taking in the tranquil scenery either on a walk along the hidden arroyo or relaxing in the stone grotto. There is a wonderful array of native and tropical plants to entice the hummingbirds into the yard. The neighborhood is peaceful and walking distance to Hendry’s beach (BEST dog watching)! The kitchen is stocked with quality kitchen wares any chef would be excited to find. All bedrooms had cozy bedding for a good nights rest. All in all my sisters and I had a relaxing stay and highly recommend this to any family needing an easy landing.Jeff and Kara are very kind and responsive to any and all concerns.
