Equipped with all of the amenities that you will need to take advantage of the outdoors during your stay, we have a feeling that this will be a vacation for you and your loved ones to remember!

We know, contracts aren t the most exciting part of your getaway, but to keep our home safe, we ll need you to sign a quick rental agreement upon booking (this will be sent to you, after you book) then it s all fun from there! We love the environment, and are doing everything that we can to minimize our carbon footprint. Here are a few ways that we are loving on the beautiful environment, and welcoming you to join us!
- We use high-quality, sustainable mattresses and linens
- We offer a drip coffee maker so that you can reduce your single-use pod disposable, while opting for a pot of coffee to eliminate waste!
- All of our toiletries are eco-friendly, clean products that come with reusable dispenser bags to eliminate waste.
- We use LED lighting throughout the home to minimize electricity usage. Thanks to the natural sunshine this area is flooded with, you can soak in the sun that floods this home through all of the large windows, without using excessive home lightning during the day!
ADDITIONAL AMENITIES:

- Towels and Washcloths
- Paper Towels
- Bottle of Dish Soap
- Detergent
- Trash Bags
- Coffee
- 2 Rolls of toilet paper, per bathroom
- Bath essentials - body soap, shampoo conditioner
*Please be prepared to bring any additional supplies that you will need during your stay.
Please Note:
1. Pet Policy: **This property is NOT pet friendly. Please note, if we find evidence of an unauthorized pet in the home, we will ask for it to be removed immediately and guests will be charged a $400 non-refundable fine. This is also grounds for immediate removal of the guests from the home.
2. No Smoking: If any signs of smoking are documented, the renter agrees to pay a $200.00 / per day.
3. Quiet hours for the property are between 10:00 PM and 8:00 AM. Please keep the noise levels down over this time.
4. This home is equipped with a security camera outside for the protection of home and safety of our guests. It is recording 24/7, 365 days a year. There are no cameras on the interior of the home.
5. Upon booking, each guest will receive a guest rental agreement. This must be signed before the House Manual (which includes access instructions for the property) is sent.
6. We offer complimentary 24/7 communication to ensure that your stay exceeds your expectations! Please feel free to reach out to us day or night and we will provide you with a swift response!
7. There are NO LONG CHECK-OUT INSTRUCTIONS! We want for you to be able to fully enjoy every minute of your stay at Lake Escape Cottage!

I'm a husband to an amazing wife, and a father to 3 incredible little boys, and a sweet newborn daughter! Some of my all-time favorite things to do include golfing, exploring a downtown area, or relaxing all day on a beach. I love brainstorming with like-minded entrepreneurs who are enthusiastic about new opportunities- just like me! This passion is how my company, BNB Breeze, came to be what it is today!
Currently, I am helping homeowners across the country manage their vacation rentals while welcoming guests into their second homes through our company, BNB Breeze! My team and I are a hands-on, short-term rental management company. The majority of our work deals with handling Airbnb listings and the logistical work that goes into managing all of our incredible 5-star properties! Showcasing these properties to look and perform their best, while bringing in higher returns for investors, is just a small part of what I do. We currently manage properties in 13 states!
I am excited to share that our company has grown to include many team members- making it possible for us to do what we do best! We have many full-time employees who are all working to help BNB Breeze maintain all of the beautiful properties that we manage, while fostering a fantastic work environment for all of our part-time team members who round out our business.
