Although it is in a safe neighborhood, it is in a colorful diverse ethnic and socio economic area, and you may interact with people who live locally with different life experience. Most of our neighbors live there long term and have a family, so it is very quiet and safe to walk around. They are very friendly and may have kids running around within the neighborhood after school time. Please watch out for kids while driving in the neighborhood and do not play loud music at night time that may disturbs other residents.
