Inside, you’ll find a cozy king bedroom, a pullout sofa with an inflatable topper for extra comfort, and smart TVs throughout. The updated kitchen makes dining in a breeze, while coastal touches create a relaxed, beachy vibe. The grounds offer a few chairs and picnic table for enjoying meals al fresco or soaking up the sun. Beach essentials are provided for your convenience, so you can spend more time relaxing and less time packing.

Hallway Bathroom – Bathroom with Shower/Tub combination and small capacity washer/dryer.

Living Room – ocean view living room with cozy sofa, pullout queen sleeper sofa and smart TV. The pullout is air inflatable for maximum guest comfort.

Parking - 1 parking space only, any additional parking is on a first come first serve basis.

Check In: is 4:00 PM and Checkout is 10:00 AM. We typically cannot accommodate early check or late check out.
Temperature: A/C is programmed to restrict any setting below 70 degrees in order to maintain proper maintenance per the recommendation from our HVAC technicians
Amenities: Cleaning company provides starter supplies of toiletries (toilet paper, paper towels), trash bags, dish soap
Parking: 1 parking space is available. Additional guest parking is very limited and is first come first serve. Utilize parking pass displayed at all times to avoid a fine and/or tow. Association does not allow any trailers or RV's on the premises.
Pet Policy: No pets are allowed.
Accessibility: Located on Floor 1 - accessible by 1 flights of stairs.
Renter: Must be 25 years or older to rent
