House is very family friendly! Our hosts were incredible and always available to answer any questions! My family enjoyed staying here. We would definitely stay again!!!

Not impressed. Listing pictures made it look much nicer than it was. No idea stairs were not in house. AC had trouble cooling so we checked it and was filthy. Downstairs tub is stained and has a hole in it. Sink does not drain well. Dryer has to run many cycles to completely dry. Bedding smelled bad, like hadn’t been washed. Beds are very uncomfortable.

Fun place. A few things that were a surprise, the game room only has an outside entry. We had to change sleeping arrangements a bit once we realized this. It ended up being nice having a separate area for the kids to play while fixing dinner. No dressers in the house. Only one closet in the master. Coffee pot didn’t work, and the kitchen sink faucet locked up, but we were able to fix it. The dryer struggled to keep up with our several loads of towels. Some boards on the deck took out a few toes over the week. The French doors were hard to shut without slamming. The pool access, you have to pay 100 for a 7day pass for 10people, and it’s closed by 8pm. Pros: beds were comfy! The kids enjoyed the game room. Lots of rooms. The master bathroom had nice double sinks. Beach access was awesome and just a quick drive!

The property looked much better in photos than in life. The house is managed by a company and the elements that often make staying with a rental house feel homey were missing. The kitchen was sparse, the toiletries were sparse, the blankets, mattresses and pillows were not purchased by people who've ever used them. The downstairs smelled like wetness or mold. We started our first morning by discovering a cockroach on the kitchen counter. The kids did not want to use the downstairs bathroom as there was a giant brown stain in the tub that grossed them out. And biggest bummers for the 11 year old was two arcade games shown in the pictures that were not not there. Overall we were glad to find it, it was reasonably clean and we needed a property that was pet friendly, and we did enjoy ourselves at the beach, however would not want to stay in this house again.
