We loved this house! It was perfect for our multi-family vacation - lots of space to spread out and the game room was perfect for the kids. And the hosts responded so quickly when we had questions!

HIGHLY recommend staying at this home with a big group. We had 10 women in our Wine Club visiting Palisade for winery tours and the house was absolutely everything we could have asked for. It fit our group of 10 adults perfectly, with everyone having their own bed, or sharing kings. Having 3 showers was great as well. The hot tub and sitting area outside were such a bonus, and the 12-15 min drive to Palisade wineries was ideal. The hosts were extremely responsive, both before and during the trip. Check in and access to the house were 10/10 simple, parking was easy (2 spots in the driveway, plus safe street parking steps away), and wifi was strong. Thank you again!!

If you are traveling with a group, this house is a MUST.We were in Grand Junction for a baseball tournament and had six 10 year old boys and a group of parents. This house was perfect for us. The bunkbed room fit all of our boys perfectly. There were three areas for the kids to hang out and they were found spending most of their time in the garage game room, there was so much for them to do in the garage and a yard so big, they didnt even need to play the xbox in the other game room. The adults had ample space to hang out as well. The communication with the hosts was quick and everything was exactly as expected. We cooked tacos one night and the kitchen had everything we could need. Beds were comfortable and the air conditioning units were great. Nights spent on the patio were very wonderful too. The hot tub was a plus and got some use for a nice soak in the morning. Highly recommend this home and we look forward to coming back! Thank you!

Great home with lots of room, everyone had their own bed, and the kids absolutely loved the game rooms. It’s a quiet community and the neighbors were very friendly. The hot tub looked brand new.This is probably the 50th home I’ve rented and stayed in, and honestly, it might be the best overall—both the house itself and the service from the host. They were awesome. I had a couple of odd requests that most hosts would have probably declined, but they didn’t even hesitate. They just said, “Yes, no problem. Let us know what we can do to help.”We’re already trying to plan our next trip back. Very highly recommended.
