This expansive 5-bedroom, 2-story home offers unmatched comfort, charm, and convenience—ideal for families, large groups, alumni, visiting parents, professionals, and guests exploring the area.

Located directly on Park Ave and overlooking the lively strip, you’ll be just steps away from shops, cafés, the co-op market, restaurants, a brewery, and the laundromat. Swarthmore College is only one block away, and the train station (with direct service to Philadelphia) is conveniently nearby.
