Really enjoyed our stay. The location is great. And literally right on the beach. Close to everything you want in Daytona. Plenty of space for larger parties. One thing that should be mentioned is all the bedrooms are connected. Very unique house. Would definitely stay again.

We had a wonderful weekend stay! The views from the living room were beautiful and it’s not in the super touristy area of Daytona Beach, which was perfect for what we wanted. Jai was very accommodating with the check in process, and the welcome gift was appreciated! I did want to note that it’s not a true 6 bedroom rental. It’s 4 bedrooms, and the garage is converted into almost an efficiency but there was no bed only couches which weren’t pull outs. Regardless it worked for our group, but just something other parties may want to be aware of

Dear Angelica Thanks for your valuable feedback. In fact just before the property was reconfigured from six to 4 bedroom house with 1 king and 3 queen beds. The two queen size beds were put in the lobby 2, one full on full bunk bed was placed in the new lobby 3. One or two extra queen mattresses will be provided on demand to effectively make 16 sleeping arrangements. The garage was converted completely to an activity room with sofas for seating only. All these changes were completed just before your arrival but were not updated on the portal. The portal was updated by 6:00 pm today only on August 23. However, I appreciate that you got it right. Some photos are not updated as yet because I have not got an appointment with a professional photographer. This should also be done in 2-3 days. You have been a keen and good guest. You are welcome to come again.

This is a fabulous property for a very large family like ours. We reserved it for 11 people but there are more reviews about 18 and more. Each of our grandchildren had their own room and they were thrilled. The host is very responsive as they say

Super laid back area and host. The house used its resources and comfortably slept 18. The host was super responsive and we had no problems. Would totally go back!

The view was wonderful! We did have some issues with a musty smell in here,some of the bedrooms, as well as several of the outlets not working. There was garbage left from the cleaning crew underneath the couches as well as vents being very very dirty. Any communication I had with the owner was very quick and our issues were resolved very quickly.

Thanks for feedback. I have taken up the cleanliness issues with the cleaning staff. The mistiness was taken care of by pressure washing.

Parking was great for multiple vehicles. The house was clean, the furniture and beds were very comfortable. The house was broken up in a way that gave a sense of having your own space even with a group of people. The downstairs was sectioned off with an area.that had 3 bedrooms, plenty of closet/storage space and a bathroom, there was another area that was sectioned off with a bed, bunk beds, couch, and bathroom with its own entrance. There was a centralized livingroom with ample seating and a laundry room on the dow stairs. Upstairs was a master bedroom with an incredible view of the ocean with a Jack and Jill bathroom connected to another bedroom. However my husband and I locked the door so the other bedroom could not use it which was perfect. There was a total of 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms on the second floor along with the kitchen and another living room with enough seating for a large group. The house was great, but the view and the beach access is what makes this property. The huge deck with tons of seating overlooks the ocean. There are steps at the end of the deck leading directly to the beach. We were able to store our beach chairs and tents under the stairs making it easy to set up and take down as needed. There was a water hose at the top of the stairs to rinse the sand off before you went back inside. The beach was not at all crowded. Jai was easy to contact, checking in and out was a breeze. 10/10 vacation spot.

WOW, this house was perfect for our family. It was nice & spread out with plenty of room. Also, the owner was very responsive & easy to get in touch with. The location is perfect. The home was very clean & well appointed. We will definitely stay here again & do recommend for a large family.
