Just two houses from the sand, this rare 5BR Newport Beach retreat combines a ground floor 3BR/2BA with an upper 2BR/1.5BA to create a spacious getaway for larger groups. You’ll be steps from one of Newport’s best beaches and within easy walking distance to local restaurants, coffee shops, parks, and a mini-mart. Three outdoor living spaces across both residences offer plenty of room to relax and enjoy the coastal breeze.

LINENS:
All bed, bath, kitchen, and beach linens for the maximum number of guests are provided as part of the cleaning and linen fee and are neatly prepared for your arrival.
EXTRA SLEEPING ARRANGEMENTS:
To fulfill the maximum occupancy, 3 twin trifold floor mats (best suited for children) along with extra linens/pillows are provided. A twin rollaway bed can be rented in lieu of the mat, if desired. Make arrangements with our office in advance to ensure delivery in time for your arrival.
LAUNDRY:
Laundry facilities are located in the garage; guests must provide their own laundry supplies. Do not place sandy items in the washer or dryer, please shake out all sand outdoors before using the appliances.
PARKING:
4 designated parking spaces, 2 in the garage and 2 in the driveway. Mid-size vehicles are recommended for garage parking spaces, compact vehicles are recommended for driveway parking spaces. When using the driveway, please ensure your vehicle does not block the sidewalk at any time. Street parking, both metered and unmetered, is also available for additional or larger vehicles.
LOCATION:
Just steps from some of the area’s best beachfront, you’ll enjoy great surfing and plenty of sea life around the nearby jetties. The neighborhood is perfect for exploring on foot or by bike, with cafes, restaurants, shops, fishing, boating, and bike rentals all just a short stroll away. Nearby tennis, racquetball, and basketball courts, as well as three local parks, offer even more ways to enjoy the outdoors. Plus, world-class shopping at Fashion Island and South Coast Plaza is only 10–15 minutes away.
RECREATIONAL GEAR:
Additional beach gear or recreational equipment is available for rent from the management at very reasonable rates for our guests: large ice chests, wagons, Pack n Play portable cribs, portable high chairs, twin rollaway beds, and much more! Contact us for more information.
CITY TAX:
A 10% Transient Occupancy Tax (TOT) is included in all booking totals, (for reservations less than 30 nights) as mandated by the City of Newport Beach.

This property may use surveillance cameras and/or recording devices in outdoor spaces, and/or entrances to the property, as well as noise monitoring equipment such as decibel readers, to protect the property, guests, and ensuring compliance with local ordinances.
