Perfect for families and larger groups, this expansive 6BR Newport Beach retreat combines two neighboring split-level residences, a lower level 3BR/2BA and an upper level 3BR/2BA, giving guests exclusive access to the entire home. The upstairs balcony and downstairs patio both showcase views of the Pacific, providing a relaxing space to unwind and take in the coastal breeze. With the sand of 27th Street Beach just steps away and the Newport Pier, boardwalk, and local dining within easy walking distance, this home is the perfect setting for a memorable seaside escape.

DUE TO THE TYPICALLY MODERATE COASTAL CLIMATE, THIS HOUSE - LIKE MOST IN THE AREA - DOES NOT HAVE AIR CONDITIONING.
LINENS:
All bed, bath, kitchen, and beach linens for the maximum number of guests are provided as part of the cleaning and linen fee and are neatly prepared for your arrival.
EXTRA SLEEPING ARRANGEMENTS:
4 twin trifold floor mats with pillows and linens are provided (and are best suited for children). A twin rollaway bed can be rented and delivered, if desired, in lieu of the floor mat. Make arrangements with our office for twin rollaway in advance of your stay to ensure availability and timely delivery.
LAUNDRY:
Free laundry facilities are located in the hallway of each residence. Guests must provide their own laundry supplies.
PARKING:
Four parking spaces, two tandem spots on each side of the garage, accessed via the rear alley. Compact vehicles are recommended. Street parking is also available, both metered and unmetered.
LOCATION:
This home is easy walking distance to the Newport Pier, Lido Marina Village, restaurants, coffee shops, grocery store, and night life. Many recreational activities available including biking on the boardwalk, fishing, kayaking, surfing, golf, rollerblading, boating.
RECREATIONAL GEAR:
Additional beach gear or recreational equipment is available for rent from the management at very reasonable rates for our guests: large ice chests, wagons, Pack n Play portable cribs, and portable high chairs, twin rollaway beds, etc. Contact us for more information!
CITY TAX:
A 10% Transient Occupancy Tax (TOT) is included in all booking totals, (for reservations less than 30 nights) as mandated by the City of Newport Beach.
SECURITY EQUIPMENT:
This property may use surveillance cameras and/or recording devices in outdoor spaces, and/or entrances to the property, as well as noise monitoring equipment such as decibel readers, to protect the property, guests, and ensuring compliance with local ordinances.
