Villa Paradiso è una dimora rinnovata nel quartiere Waters Edge, adiacente e solo a 1,5 isolati dal centro di Rosemary Beach, sul lato spiaggia di 30A. Il nostro quartiere si trova dall'altra parte della strada rispetto alle capanne dello shopping Seacrest Beach e una passeggiata o in bicicletta da Alys Beach! Villa Paradiso è la quinta casa dalla spiaggia, a circa 50 iarde a piedi dall'accesso privato alla spiaggia del quartiere. All'inizio del 2019, abbiamo sostituito tutte le finestre e le porte, dipinte dentro e fuori, installato nuovi portici, inserito un nuovo sistema audio Sonos all'avanguardia e una nuova griglia per barbecue! Nuova combinazione di colori per l'esterno della casa - grigio con finiture bianche e accenti blu chiaro !!!

Abbiamo una piscina privata che può essere riscaldata nei mesi freddi dell'anno con molti posti a sedere all'aperto. Questa casa al mare offre tutti i comfort moderni di casa tua con Wi-Fi e televisione via cavo. La nostra casa è dotata di una sedia a sdraio giornaliera predisposta per 2 persone che include 2 sedie a sdraio, ombrellone e tavolino.

La porta d'ingresso si apre su uno spazio familiare a concetto aperto con un grande spazio abitativo familiare, una nuova cucina e sala da pranzo. C'è un comodo mezzo bagno in fondo al corridoio dallo spazio abitativo. La camera da letto principale al primo piano ha un letto king-size con bagno privato e si trova sul retro della casa con una veranda privata.
Il Master al secondo piano ha un letto king-size con bagno privato e ha anche una veranda privata. Il secondo piano ha anche una camera da letto con 2 letti a castello che condividono un bagno completo con un angolo letto a castello incorporato 2 - un totale di 6 bambini possono dormire in questa parte della casa!

Un soppalco al terzo piano ha una televisione e un divano con un bel portico con vista sull'acqua.

Perfect getaway!

The property was clean and fully stocked. The short walk to the beach with chairs and an umbrella set up was wonderful. Loved the ability to walk everywhere in town. We will be back for sure!

Second Stay this Summer

We stayed at this property once in June and enjoyed it so much we came back at the end of July! The house is exactly as listed (if not better than depicted in the photos) and just perfect for my family. It’s a close walk to the beach with the beach chairs/umbrella included in the listing. It’s a quieter neighborhood with the gate which we appreciate and still in the middle of everything once you walk out of the gate. The hosts are very responsive and accommodating which I was very appreciative of. We will definitely be back!

Wonderful Property Close to Everything

This was a wonderful house for my family of four which includes two little kids although easily holds more than one family with the nice bonus of having two King masters. The pool was the perfect size for the kids and the beach is a very quick walk. I enjoyed how quiet the property was late night as the neighborhood is gated yet in the middle of Rosemary and Seacrest for easy access to shops/restaurants. The house was exactly as listed in the photos and we would definitely rent this property again.

Wonderful home and location

This is a lovely, clean, and well-stocked home in a prime location! We loved having easy access to the beach and having the small, private pool at the front of the house. As other reviewers have said, the kitchen is especially well-stocked and we also appreciated that there were beach toys. It worked so well for our family of two adults and two very young kids. Beth was so responsive and helpful, including coordinating with the service that delivered our rented crib and high chair. We would love to come back!

We said multiple times: best location!! Thank you so much for allowing us to stay in your home. The layout worked beautifully for our family and the location to the beach and all that is Rosemary Beach could not be beat. There were a ton of college parties and bachelorette parties next to us, but you couldn't hear them once the sun went down. We love the HOA for that reason alone. We never worried about our kids exploring and giving them freedom. The house was incredibly clean. We wish there had been a starter set of soap, shampoo and conditioner so we didn't have to run to the grocery store as soon as we arrived. If that's the worst thing to deal with, we completely won. Everything else we needed for a lovely stay was there. Communication with the owner was not only easy, but delightful. She is gracious and attentive. I will not hesitate to reserve this home again.

Third year in a row!

This was our third year to rent Villa Paradiso so clearly we love it! It’s comfortable and clean and perfectly located. We are always so happy there and feel it can’t be beat. We look forward to making many more family memories there in the future!

Great for families with teens

We took our teenage daughters and their friends for Spring Break. Loved this location right next to Rosemary Beach so all the restaurants and shops are close by but it’s a gated community with private beach access. The house was so cute and plenty of room for everyone.

Excellent location - gorgeous property!

This property was perfect for our family. Plenty of space, wonderful pool and short walks to all that Rosemary Beach has to offer! Private Beach access was a short walk - less than 2 min!

Thoughtfully stocked

House was stocked thoughtfully so that a great trip could be had by all. Towels and linens were extra plush and soft. Kitchen fully stocked. Sonia speakers throughout home, great feature.

Five stars!

We had a wonderful experience staying at Villa Paradiso. The house seemed bigger in person than what the photos show online. There was plenty of space for four adults and four children. Two pack-and-plays, a baby booster seat for the dinner table, a fully stocked kitchen with many appliances (even a Keurig, large closet spaces, plenty of space in the rooms. Beach access was super easy and quick. The Sonos system was awesome and easy to connect to. Beth was extremely responsive anytime I reached out. Would definitely recommend this place to anyone!

Second wonderful visit to Villa Paradiso

We had such a wonderful time the first year, we decided to come back for a second trip to Villa Paradiso! The location can’t be beat - easy access to the beach and short walk to Rosemary town square. It’s so nice to have a private pool also! It’s the perfect sized pool for kids like ours - age 5 and 7. The house is so comfortable and spacious. My husband and I both had to do some work while we were there and the internet was strong enough to support both of us doing that at the same time. Last time we visited was in April and this time in June was much hotter and more crowded but we were still able to get into the restaurants we wanted. I have a feeling we will be back again and again.

Perfect Location

This was our first time vacationing on 30A and we couldn’t have asked for a better vacation. Beth was super responsive and helpful - especially with us traveling with three small children. The house is a short walk to the beach and the private pool was great for the kids. The walkability to downtown Rosemary was an unexpected treat. We took strolls around the area multiple times a day.

Great house in a great location!

This is in a great location beside Rosemary and a very short walk to the beach. The private beach area is one of the less crowded in the area. Lots of great restaurants with in walking distance.

Great Vacation Home!

We loved our stay! The home is even more perfect in person. We had six 16 year old boys and the space was perfect. All the kitchen gadgets you could need and love the decor. The Sonos system was a fun surprise and the gated community was appreciated. Hope to be back soon!

Fantastic in every way

This home was absolutely perfect. Location simply can’t be beat. The hosts were over the top helpful and took care of our questions super promptly. The layout provided plenty of privacy for all of us. Lovely home with beautiful finishes. Loved the private pool, and the beach service was a huge perk! We loved walking through the beautiful town, shopping, eating and listening to live music every night. We will absolutely be back and will most certainly book this house again.

What a gem!

If anything, the ad for this property holds back on just how perfect it is. Location, communication with management, house layout, the proximity to shopping, restaurants, and the walk to the beach are perfect. If you don’t feel like taking a car every single time you want to go somewhere (such as Destin and Miramar) then this place is made for you. Bike or walk to any store or attraction in the community. 10/10 for this rental!

Perfect get away

The property is perfectly described. Literally 50 yards from the beach. Secluded yet right across the street from the shops at Rosemary Beach. We had an issue with the grill and the host actually had it replaced with a new one the next day. And, while this may not be a big deal to some, I cook, and really appreciated the Emeril Lagasse knife set where all the knives were sharp. BIG plus. Will definitely be back to this home.

We have always loved to travel as a family and have seen some great places around the world. Our favorite destination? The BEACH! When we visited 30A for the first time many years ago, we were hooked!
