Honestly, it was a nice stay. For a cheaper place, I thought it was decent. Housekeeping could definitely do better, but it was pretty clean. We found a few roaches but from what I heard this is common in Arizona, plus it didn’t seem infested or anything like that. The pool was nice and there were some jank parts of the property but nothing that ruined the trip. Like the pool chairs are kind of disintegrating. Just imagine all the pictures but with bad drywall and cheap landlords fixes. But the management was easy enough to deal with even though it was impossible to get any responses. I honestly super enjoyed my stay and the location was very convenient. I would overall rate my stay an 8/10

Great location with lots of activities at the house to keep teens busy! From ping pong matches, shuffleboard & practice green for the golfers in the family.

This house is great. We were there in July, and it was hot but the house was cool and very clean. We brought a misting fan for the patio, and that helped a lot (cordless bc there are no outlets there). Walmart, Amazon, and Target deliver there. It's close to a Costco, too. We went to FLW's Taliesin West, and it was amazing! We also went to a Mercury basketball game that was fun. Great stay, and our dogs loved it too! Bring some plastic tumblers for ice coffee around the pool, and spend the mornings floating away.

Never ever stay in there houses.. we arrived to a filty bug infested houses.. no assistance at all. The air conditioning stoped working and remained that way until our check out 7 days in total with out aaie conditioner with out cooling in Arízóna heat is inhumane... the staff enterd the house with out telling us (and left the doors unlocked overnight) on multiple occasion. We had to pay a hotel room some place else due to the heat.. there no response on the phone or message nor email past 5pm .. internet stop working.. nightmare all together

Everything was good besides the condition of the turf in the backyard, Rusty nails were popping up from the edges and one of my friends stepped on one and had to get a tetanus shot. Other than that the property and house was nice.

We were unable to stay on the property due to a sewage issue in the master bathroom. They were unable to accommodate us with any alternative homes, forcing us to find other lodging at 10pm. We have 2 children, 8 and 4 years old. Notably: After multiple conversations with the onsite property manager, the last one with an agreement that we would be exiting the property that night, he came to the home unannounced as we were repacking to move out, in an attempt to have a plumber service the issue prior to us departing.
