This Tiny House is situated in a prime location, just minutes away from High Point University, the High Point Furniture Market, and downtown High Point. 100% of the proceeds are dedicated to supporting a local nonprofit organization that provides vital services to veterans, including housing, employment, food, benefits, and more. Designed for comfort, our Tiny Home is perfect for short or long stays, providing a cozy atmosphere for guests. Amenities include a full kitchen, walk-in shower, queen-sized bed, and Smart Roku TV. Close proximity to restaurants, shopping, grocery stores, and High Point University. NON Smoking unit
On-site amenities include a fire pit, small children`s playground, and spacious parking for large vehicles. A convenience store is conveniently located across the street. Major retailers such as Target, Walmart, and Food Lion are within a short drive, approximately 3-5 minutes away by car.

We have Limousines, public transportation, Uber, Lyft and taxi cabs in the area. Parking is available for all size vehicles sedan up to RV’s or 18 wheeler trucks.
To resolve smart deadbolt lock issues, confirm the door is tightly shut. We are working on introducing an enhanced smart deadbolt that seamlessly integrates with Airbnb systems.
