Property was very clean, beds were super comfortable, location nearby to sightseeing and restaurants. Older property is well maintained and stocked with everything you need. Private deck and backyard to enjoy the nice weather.

Perfect location, walking distance to beautiful trails at GOTG and easy biking distance to mountain bike trails. The backyard was a little slice of heaven - secluded, well-furnished, great hot tub & fire pit. Lots of indoor space for movie watching & games. Beds were very comfortable. Kitchen was a little dated and not well-stocked, but adequate. Would definitely stay here again.

First off Kaitlyn was the best host in the world! She answered any questions I had at any time of the day! We stayed 3 nights here and didn’t want to leave! The neighborhood is so peaceful and we saw deer & rabbits every morning in the yards. The house is upstairs and downstairs with each having its own living room area. Which was great for our family. Food places were close enough to us that we could run and bring back supper when we didn’t want to cook! House was very clean and had that home feeling. If we ever go back to Colorado Springs we would definitely try and stay here again!

The location was great! We took a hike every day at the Garden of the Gods, even caught a sunrise one! The house does meet all your basic needs. The showers were clean and water pressure on point. Good sleeping space for a family….. I didn’t give 5 stars for the following reasons: there were no cleaning products, the dish soap needs to be upgraded to something that works so the dishes are clean, the cookware needs to be replaced… there was no table salt or pepper! Plenty of paper products and towels were supplied which was another plus!

Cozy, comfortable and clean home in a quiet neighborhood located close to major attractions in area with safe, off street parking, lots of outdoor seating choices to enjoy the quiet mornings and evenings. We loved the quick walk to trails in Garden of the Gods. Beds, sofas and seating spaces were comfortable with plenty of room for the 6 of us. Extra linens, pillows, and fans were available. Air hockey kept us entertained during down time. Kitchen was stocked with some basic seasonings, k-cups, sugar, packets, paper products and cleaning products. Cookware was limited and not in best condition but ok for making breakfast before heading out for the day. The home is cooled with portable AC units which met our needs and kept the home cool (outdoor temperature in the low 90's). The hot tub was warm but not hot (104 degrees). Host was very communicative, supportive and helpful-when a minor issue arose host responded within minutes and provided assistance to resolve the issue. You will see wildlife in the area and must be aware of wildlife safety.

This location is absolutely perfect. Close to everything - Garden of the Gods, Manitou Springs, Cheyenne Mountain Zoo. The house is very roomy - the game room area is just so nice. The backyard/hottub area is so nice and roomy. My only concern was about the cooling of the property - they have two portable Air Conditioners on the first floor but nothing in the basement. During the warm days of July, the basement would get very warm, but nights with open windows was fine. Host was great to work with.
