Enjoy staying walking distance to fantastic restaurants, bars, and Starbucks, making it the perfect adventure getaway. This 2 bedroom duplex sleeps up to 5 guests and comes fully equipped to make your stay comfortable.
The bus route stops steps away on 39th street and takes you all over the city. Uber is also a great way to travel about the city.
Pets are welcome for a nominal pet fee -$40 per pet. $100 per pet for long term stays.
Pets must be crated while unsupervised, house trained, and are not allowed on the furniture or in the beds.
No parties or gatherings.
The number of people in the unit may not exceed the guest count on the reservation unless special permission has been granted. This extends to the building amenities as well.
Local area residents (Kansas City, MO and surrounding area) with 0 reviews are not allowed to book the property and those with reviews must first be approved for stay and host may require a security deposit.
