This seventh-floor condo boasts a view of the Gulf and gorgeous sunsets each evening. Throughout the property, you'll enjoy access to three pools (one at the Tides building, one at the beach, and one at the TOPS'L Beach and Racquet Club Fitness Center), a hot tub, saunas, the fitness center itself, tennis courts, and a putt-putt course. You’ll also have exclusive access to the coveted Tides Pickleball courts.



The bright, updated interior showcases a floor-to-ceiling wall of glass that frames the covered balcony and the Gulf beyond. The well-appointed kitchen features a full suite of stainless steel appliances (with dishwasher), a two-person breakfast bar, and dining room table.
