The Space:

Located on the fifth floor, this spacious, upscale condo is ready to be your home base for you next vacation along the Emerald Coast. Step out onto your furnished balcony and enjoy the view. Inside, you have a well-equipped, full kitchen with stainless steel appliances and a breakfast bar, a dining table, and a colorful and inviting living area with plush furnishings and a TV. Located a the TOPS'L Beach and Racquet Club Fitness Center, you can swim in multiple pools, soak in the hot tub, play a game of tennis, work up a sweat in the fitness room, or take a short stroll out to the adjacent beach. You’ll also have exclusive access to the coveted Tides Pickleball courts.



Just four miles east, walk the paths, watch for native wildlife, and explore the white quartz dunes of Topsail Hill Preserve State Park. If you're looking to shop or dine out, take your pick of Baytowne Wharf, the Silver Sands Premium Outlets, and Destin Commons, all within seven miles of this resort.



Things to Know

No canopies or tents are allowed on TOPS'L Beach.

Seasonal beach chair, umbrella, and bike rentals are available for additional fees.
