The main living area includes a gas fireplace, dedicated dining space, and a well-appointed mudroom built for ski and gear storage.

The fully stocked chef’s kitchen features quartz countertops, stainless appliances, island seating, and all cookware needed for group meals.

TRANSIT: A car is required in this area. The home offers ample on-site parking for multiple vehicles, including space for trucks with ski racks or trailers. Roads are well-maintained year-round, and Sunday River Road offers fast, direct access to the mountain.

In winter, we recommend AWD/4WD vehicles due to mountain conditions.
