We had an absolute dream vacation staying here. The house itself is amazing (well furnished, comfy beds, spacious) but the views and property truly stole the show. We loved spending our days surrounded by the gorgeous tropical plants, catching the island breeze while relaxing in the hammocks. With the beach just steps away, the location couldn't have been more perfect. We have a new favorite Exuma house and cannot wait to come back!

This house has it all! The breeze, comfort, amazing beds, beach toys and chairs, great air conditioning and the kitchen and laundry room are so well stocked. It is very centrally located and close to the airport. The beach at the house is so private - we barely saw anybody on it. We would definitely stay here again.

Absolutely amazing place, very classy with great attention to detail. We absolutely wish we had more time, and we are already planning to come back to this piece of heaven the next time in Exuma. Bay provides just enough protection from the big water to allow for swimming, snorkeling, paddleboards and fishing. Close to perfection.

The property came well equipped with everything you needed for your stay, including kitchen and laundry needs. overall we were extremely happy with our choice. It was centrally located which made it great for going on daily activities.

Amazing property on Tar Bay!!!

This place was AWESOME!! I have stayed in a lot of places all over the Caribbean and none of them even come close to this beautiful clean house right on Tar Bay! We had an amazing trip and will definitely be back!!!

Perfect getaway! The house was peaceful, clean, and right on a quiet beach with crystal-clear water. Nancy was wonderful—she accommodated our last-minute changes due to flight issues with kindness and flexibility. We couldn’t have asked for more.

We had the best time! Breathtaking views, fabulous communication from owner and property manager and the house is stocked with everything you need and more! We can’t wait to go back!

We’ll Be Back

Wonderful property on a beautiful white sand beach with plenty of space to roam. Kitchen was great to prepare meals in and the deck was very enjoyable for morning and evening relaxation. Wish the water had been a bit calmer but it was close to full moon.

Felt like home

This spot was perfect for hubby and I...I love to cook and the kitchen had EVERYTHING as well as straws, to-go cups, beach towels, sunscreen...the list goes on. We stayed for 8 days and didn't have any real issues with the sand flys/fleas, that was a first, and it was in a great location to the airport and Georgetown.

We could not have been more happy! Incredible, private location. Comfortable, clean, great linens, just a great, fun filled house. We enjoyed the paddle boards and sea kayak as well. Would love to come back and stay.

Perfect for Relaxed Family Vacation

Our family of four (two daughters 17 & 14) had a fabulous week at Holiday Affair. House was clean and had everything you need. Water views are spectacular and from most rooms in the house. Beach is fantastic with white sand and gorgeous water. You basically have the beach all to yourself and it's only steps from the house. Would definitely stay here again.

Summer Vacation

Our stay was awesome as always in Exuma! Owner was very easy to work with and responds quickly to any and all questions. Was nice enough to allow us an additional night stay at the last minute when our flight home was canceled late in the evening after multiple delays throughout the day.

Fantastic. Exceeded our expectations!

We had an amazing stay at this beautiful beachfront property in Exuma. The house was spotless and incredibly well-maintained, with every amenity we could’ve asked for. The kitchen was fully stocked with quality appliances, and there were plenty of towels for everyone. We especially loved all the water toys—kayaks, paddleboards, snorkel gear—everything we needed for a perfect beach vacation. The location right on the beach was stunning, and we truly couldn’t have asked for a better spot. Highly recommend!
