Godetevi lo splendido Boulder dalla migliore posizione in città. Siamo situati proprio nel centro della città, quindi una passeggiata per Folsom Field per prendere un CU Gioco Calcio, una passeggiata al Whole Foods, o una passeggiata a Brasserie Ten Ten per l'happy hour sono altrettanto conveniente. Essendo situato su Pearl Street significa che non si cammina colline che vanno da e per la Pearl Street Mall.

Questa spaziosa suite dispone di un ingresso privato esterno, cucina completa, forno a microonde, frigorifero, macchina da caffè con timer, camino / stufa a gas con termostato controllato, ardesia, blocco di vetro e piastrelle bagno completo, lavatrice e asciugatrice per lavanderia, soggiorno con un grande schermo piatto TV, satellite, lettore DVD, connessione wi-fi gratuita e un letto king-size.

Apprezziamo e soddisfare il viaggiatore esigente che cerca praticità, stile, di vita abbondante pulito, e la diversità questa struttura offre. Questa proprietà è tra molto tempo e residenti a tempo pieno. Questo non vuole essere un 'immobile partito' quindi si prega di fare altri piani se questa è la destinazione d'uso.

A convenient walk to all of the shops and places to eat on Pearl St. Also, the bed was very comfortable.

Boulder Visit

The property was as listed - clean and cozy. 9 block walk to the Pearl Street Mall so very easy to get to all the great restaurants in the area. Very much enjoyed and would stay again.

Great location and value

The location can't be beat for the price. I would have given 5 stars but 1. The wifi was terrible so DO NOT count on it if you have work to do. 2. Renters can't help that there is construction 3 feet from the bedroom window but they could forewarn you and let you decide. There was banging all day long. 3. Clean is relative I guess. The top of the fridge hasn't seen a cleaning in a long time. The house smells a little musty so bring air freshener. I would 100% recommend this place, even with the few minor issues.

Great location!

I stayed here for the Boulder Ironman weekend. The location was perfect, I could walk everywhere I needed to go. Nice to have air conditioning as well, which is not always the case in Colorado.

Convenient location just off Pearl Street

Worked well for us while we were in Boulder for granddaughters’ graduation. Appreciated the good lighting in the house, the excellent TV (NBA playoff time!), driveway parking, ample drawers, hangars, cupboards for our belongings. Kitchen is minimal but is equipped with good quality small appliances and all kitchen basics. With family staying elsewhere and so many great restaurants on Pearl Street and environs, we didn’t use the kitchen much at all.

Awesome little hidden bungalow

We loved having this place as our home base for a Christmas week visit to Boulder. Highlights were the cute little gas-fired ‘woodstove’, very nice bed, and washer/dryer! Hopefully they’ll fix the WiFi soon, but that was our only disappointment, and Brad kindly gave us a little refund to make up for the issue. We’d also like to give a shout-out to Sandra, the property concierge. She is simply outstanding! John & Mallory

Location, location, location

We stayed in the Boulder retreat for CU Parent's Weekend. It is in a great location, within walking distance of lots of attractions, but especially the CU campus. Downtown Pearl Street could be a bit of hike for some people walking but is very close by car. The apartment itself is very homey and comfortable. Sandra reached out to make sure our stay was going well. Perfect for a couple and we would definitely book again.

Nice property in downtown Boulder

This property is a relatively spacious one bedroom. Kind of funky older space. Perfect for one or two people. Comfortable king size bed. Good location although several blocks to the part of Pearl where you start to get lots of restaurants. Very large bathroom with washer and dryer. Even though the one parking spot is shared there is plenty of parking out front. The only problem I had was I did not read the check out instructions until about an hour before I was to leave and it asked that I wash and dry the towels?? I texted the concierge my dilemma and got a scolding for waiting to read my check out instructions. I explained in all of my VRBO stays I have never been asked to pay a cleaning fee and do my laundry :) Also I would recommend that the owner purchase a blender :))

Comfortable and clean

Great location. Thoroughly enjoyed my stay. When I visit Boulder again, I will stay here. It's close to Pearl Street and backs up to Pearl Street Mall. I found a whanonderful 5 star restaurant close by. The off-street parking was a plus.

What an awesome opportunity this place is. There couldn’t be a better location.

We loved being able to have a lazy visit to Boulder. It was great to put the keys away and be able to walk into town. Snarf’s is killer right next door as is the Cafe a few doors down. The place itself has the basics. We cooked breakfast each morning. More complicated meals might be trickier but we kept things simple without an issue. The apartment does get stuffy but the fans and AC fix that really fast. The shower and tub worked great. We didn’t use the pull out sofa in the living room. The bed was comfortable. The only thing I’d really change is the number of windows painted shut in the bedroom. More airflow would be nice but the fan does fix things. If you’re tall you may find the ceiling a bit low. If you’re anything like me you probably have a dozen tabs open looking at reviews. I can say this property, and it’s lovely owner, made things very easy and affordable. I felt like my money was well spent considering the location and parking. I will be back for sure! Thanks again for such an awesome time.

Very high quality apartment in an excellent location

I don't normally give 5 star reviews, but this property hits the mark. First, it's an excellent location. Just off Pearl Street, but far enough back so you don't get the street noise. Second, the interior design and architecture is first rate; beautifully furnished with lots of natural light, property is clean and well maintained. Bathroom is large, clean and everything is functional. Third, the host was responsive and very professional. No negatives; five star. Tom A

My sister and I loved staying here! It’s in the perfect location on Boulder, right on Pearl Street.

We were able to walk to all of the shops and restaurants on Pearl Street and is centrally located to many parks. Would definitely stay here again!

Cozy and homey

My husband and I had a great relaxing long weekend in Boulder when we stayed at this property. It was close to tons of restaurants, shopping, music, the Boulder theatre, and just a short drive away from hiking and outdoors. We would definitely stay here again! Cozy and homey.

Great, close to downtown spot!

The apartment was perfect for what we were looking for - a home base for hiking and for a wedding weekend of our friends. Clean, with all the essentials, and really close to downtown. The parking spot is great too.

Great location in great city!

Everything was as promised. Very convenient for all the things that we wanted to do. Owner was very responsive to one very minor issue. I would go back if in the vicinity.

Convenient, charming, comfy, and a great value!

I rented this place for 10 days and was thrilled with how it worked out! The location was incredibly convenient to everything, there was plenty of space, a huge bed, and lots of thoughtful extras provided. The hosts were very responsive to my questions, and very friendly/welcoming once I arrived. I would/will rent this again in a heartbeat .... As a bonus, the price can't be beat!

Even better than last stay!

A really great update from my last stay at this property was the air conditioner...much nicer and quieter than the window one of last year - adequate but noisy. As other reviews have said , the location and cleanliness was great! And owner very open to questions. I was even able to get in a little early. Thanks SO much!

Great location. Comfortable and clean rooms.

Convenient location in Boulder (we walked to most places). The unit was in great shape and had all of the essentials. The neighborhood was quiet and peaceful at night. Easy check in and check out. Highly recommended.

Nice spot!

Pleasant and comfy apartment with King size bed and AC when needed. We loved the location and the conveniences that this retreat offered. Brad was responsive to our needs and communicated clearly.

We love Downtown Boulder and this unit is located right in the middle. 22nd and Pearl is the perfect location because it is central with a 'no hills' walk home from The Pearl Street Pedestrian Mall.
This is an older home and only three of the nine windows are operable by design. It is our humble cabin style in Downtown Boulder.
