The place was very private and quiet will all the foliage surrounding the house. Very relaxing and surprisingly, no mosquitos!!

There were several items in need of repairs or updates. Overall the house was clean and had a vintage charm. Definitely a pet friendly home. Kudos for that. Quiet location in a quiet town very close to beach access. Overall we enjoyed our stay but for the price I feel there are a few things worth updating and or fixing.

Property was clean and nicely stocked with things you’d need for a weekend at the beach. Board games, sticks to roast marshmallows, and lots of kitchen equipment. Liked the privacy of this home, but still close to the beach.

We got a good deal-booked weekdays at the last minute. Fabulous location! Overall it was clean and stocked with things we needed. Burners on stove didn’t always work. Gas heater doesn’t really work consistently but after some trial and error we could get it on-lots of space heaters so we were plenty warm. Living room is very crowded with furniture and the TV is mounted at an unusable height. Bar stools have loose hardware and are the wrong height for bar so also unusable. The tub in the bedroom might seem a bit strange but I enjoyed it. Could use a mat inside the entry to help keep the place clean. I would stay there again if I could get the same price.

Lazy Birthday at The Sand Castle

All in all a decent place for a lazy weekend at the beach. Having the beach outlet so close was wonderful so we didn’t have to drive. Would definitely stay again.

Time with the grandkids!

This house was a perfect stay for grandma and her two granddaughters close to the beach everything we needed was in the house and we felt right at home! We had a great time and hopefully we can make it back to stay at the sandcastle

I rented this property for the amazing bathtub and was not disappointed! Place was cozy, dog friendly, and just 2 blocks to the beach. Kitchen had everything I needed for cooking. Lots of thoughtful touches. I will definitely come again!

Sweet little A-frame

We had such a nice weekend here! The beach was beautiful and nearly deserted. The fireplace was super cozy and the kitchen had everything we needed for a weekend getaway from the city. We’d love to come back and stay again!

I had work in the area it was convenient and quiet I enjoy the surroundings of the home and loved the center fireplace, I wish I had brought firewood tho!

The property is very private, I loved everything about the place!

The home is very cozy, very private, and it's a little walk to the beach but still beautiful. I loved everything about this house and will definitely be going back sometime soon in the future. The house was absolutely perfect and our stay was very comfortable. 10/10 recommend!

Enjoy everything, centered around all the things to do.

Overall had a great time, only one bad experience on the beach with a guy that wouldn't leash his dog and wanted to fight my 65 year old husband.

Cute and cozy

This place was very cute, and perfect for our little family vacation! The only slightly downside to the house was the strong odor of dog inside (which makes sense as it is a dog friendly rental) Other than that small detail, we enjoyed our stay very much!
