The property was set up perfectly! Layout was great and loved the bigger washer and dryer. Very nicely decorated. The only downfall was the toaster-I would suggest replacing with one that would toast a bagel or thicker bread. Very handy for getting a ride to beach. Would definitely rent this condo again.

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Condo was clean and updated!! We love Edgewater and have been coming here for 35+ years. We will definitely use this company again!!

This villa was way nicer than the pictures. Everything is modern beach style, nothing is outdated. The washer and dryer are so nice, the oven even has an air fryer feature which came in handy for reheating leftovers. There are pots, pans, silverware, and plates and cups. There are tons of pools to choose from, and not over crowded. Staying in the villas made it feel so much more peaceful and not crowded like the towers and traditional condos. I can’t say enough about this villa. Plenty of towels were left for us, and extra sheets. The couch pulls out to a sofa bed, making it a great choice if you need extra sleep space. The two queen size beds clearly have brand new mattresses and slept us amazingly. Plenty of storage is everywhere. The back patio is so private and amazing. I can’t say enough about how perfect this space was. The refrigerator was ice cold too. In the mornings we would walk over to Edgies which is the resorts store, we would grab Starbucks and a breakfast sandwich. We ate at Oceans one night, and the food was really really good. We recommend the nachos and add chicken. We can’t wait to come back. We would absolutely stay here again.

Brand NEW!!! This condo was immaculate! All appliances, furniture, decor, the linens, bedding, you name it, it was all brand new and state of the art with so many upgrades! This property was a complete renovation and they did a great job with decor and quality! All pictures and details about property on Vrbo are 100% accurate. This property is gated, secured and quiet. The landscaping was beautiful and the beach was just across the connecting bridge with a tram that we never waited but about 4 mins on max and only about a 5ish min stroll. Property management was super responsive and literally responded to every question I had (it was our first time at Edgewater) and management and staff were very professional. I am very picky and I have to say that this condo is a 10 star in my opinion. We will definitely be back!
