Splash was going thru renovations during off season to make property more attractive to all. At this time the condo was rented specifically to people with no children at a heavily discounted rate. Owners were told this party consists of four adults. Two swimming pools,hot tubs amd the water park was open during this time. Renovations are now mostly complete and families have access to all amenities starting 3/15/2013.

I am sorry my condo did not live up to your expectations. But the guest never contacted me during their stay about the issues listed. In fact my numerous attempts to contact them on phone and email during and after their stay went unanswered. I take pride in the condos I own and manage and always strive for best guest experience. In an unlikely event like this, if the guest has issues I take care of it right away. It needs communication from the guest intimating me of issues. As far as things wrong in the condo: the dryer takes longer in beach environment with 100% humidity. It is a well-known fact. There is nothing wrong with the dryer. Towels are provided by the Cleaning Service from a pool. They service 50+ condos in Splash and everyone has same set of towels. The carpet is less than 3 years old and was cleaned recently. I talked to the guest who checked in after this guest, they had no issue with the carpet. Again any cleaning issue could have been easily taken care of if the guest contacted me or the Cleaning Service whose number is prominently displayed on the refrigerator. Splash uses a higher level of security to make sure the Splash amenities, which are one of the best in Panama City Beach, is only enjoyed by its Owners and Guest. A vigilant security is a small price to pay vs. folks who are not part of Splash enjoying Splash amenities (Splash being right next to a Public Beach Access). All the issues that need fixing have now been taken care of it. Please read all my review from dozens of other folks….

We are glad you had a great time . Mattresses are personal preferences that’s why they ask buyers to lie on them when we buy at the store . It’s hard to please every one .

I am sorry the condo fell short of your expectation. You never contacted me about any issue. There is nothing I can do to make your vacation pleasant unless I know about it. So it is a big surprise . As far as some of the comments: The condo has 18 towels in total ( 6 bath towels, 6 hand towels and 6 facevtowels) . The reviewer’s comment is not factual correct. The couch and living room was cleaned at the beginning of the season . If there was any dampness it is because of high humidity in the beach environment and primarily comes from when the guests keep the sliding doors open for extended period of time . Carpets are cleaned professionally at the beginning and end of season. Please read my other reviews.

John, I am glad you all had a great time. As far carpet is concerned, it is cleaned on a regular basis. You came towards the tail end of the summer . As soon as we get a chance, ( the unit is not occupied) we will clean the carpet professionally hopefully towards end of August. As far as mattress is concerned, I lay on it myself and found it comfortable, I had the cleaning folks lie on it, we found it comfortable . Its a personal choice, unfortunately every one has their favorite . PCB has been the busiest ever this summer. So beaches are crowded.
