Nuova Oceanfront Beach House !!! Include 7 kayak

Nuova proprietà proprio vicino al Ponte Exuma in una delle zone più belle dell'isola. Direttamente sull'acqua con spiaggia privata e breve giro in kayak lontano da alcuni dei più incredibili bar e spiagge di sabbia delle Bahamas. Proprietà può ospitare 8-10 persone in 3 camere da letto con ampio ponte con vista sull'acqua. Viste mozzafiato sul tramonto. Soffitti a volta in tutto.
La proprietà si trova in una zona dove è sempre calmo e perfetto per i bambini, lo snorkeling, il kayak e la pesca. La nostra spiaggia ha anche una bella capanna per rilassarsi all'ombra in vero stile caraibico su amache.
Una strada rialzata consente un facile ingresso in acqua con la bassa marea ed è perfetta anche per la pesca al largo. Siamo situati a 10-15 minuti di kayak dal porto di Moriah e da Lazy River Beach. Due dei posti più belli da vivere a Exuma.

This property was perfect for us! Great location! The house was equipped with everything we needed. Very clean & well laid out. Spectacular view with great kayaking. Close to amazing beaches! Easy check-in and check out. Host was very responsive. We loved it!!!

Our kind of place.

We wanted to get out of Georgetown on this trip and Sunset Cove got us near places to fish and explore. It also got us closer to Tropic of Cancer Beach, and best meal at a restaurant was Tropic Breeze!

Perfect Beach House Weekend

Perfect last minute getaway with family of four. An extremely comfy feel and new. Well appointed with the sea kayaks being the best part of all. A 30 minute paddle will bring you to the nicest beach ever!!

Sunset Cove was Heaven on Earth!

We loved our stay here!!! The house was clean and well equipped, but you can also tell it's been well loved :) Judy was easy to work with and very responsive, as are the property owners. Our group of 8 including 4 boys under 12 really enjoyed the kayaks and the cove area! Make sure you bring bug spray because the No Seeums are INSANELY BAD! We can't wait to go back to Exuma again!!!!

Adorable House on Private Beach

With a 16-month old daughter, we were looking for a child-friendly home, and this is it. The house was perfect! Pros: -Brand new, bright and clean. The house is immaculate, modern and perfectly furnished. -The house sits on a private beach. It feels more like a bay than the ocean with small mangroves and a protected outlet right in front. For small children, it is ideal with zero waves and warm, clear, gorgeous water. -The hosts have thought of everything in terms of amenities. There are sea kayaks, beach chairs, beach towels, clean linens, a fully stocked kitchen with appliances, and more. If you're bringing a young child, they even have a Pack & Play, high chair and plush toys on the bunk beds! -The house manager, Judy, is a gem. She is responsive, helpful, and a wonderful resource for anything you may need while you're staying in Little Exuma. She's also a chef, so for a fee, will come cook a delicious meal right at the house. -The location is great assuming you're okay with the remote area of Little Exuma. About a 20 minute drive into George Town and 10 minutes to Tropic of Cancer Beach and Santanna's Resturant (yum), it's super convenient. Con: -One person's pro may be another's con. If you're looking for open ocean and waves, this is not it. We loved the beach, but it is a little rocky with a muddy bottom, but again, for a small child who is playing just on the water's edge, it's perfect. If you want a more traditional beach, Tropic of Cancer Beach is only a short drive away. -The running water comes from a well so it's not ideal for drinking, brushing teeth, etc. We asked Judy to bring us city water which she was happy to do, or you should be prepared to stock up on plenty of bottled water.

Incroyable !

Dans cette maison vous avez le sentiment d'être seuls au milieu de la nature : plage privée, vue incroyable(même dans la maison grâce aux grandes baies vitrées), calme, aucun voisin ou bruits, juste les oiseaux. La maison est très bien aménagée, chaleureuse, vous vous y sentez tout de suite chez vous. Pour cuisiner en famille, même nombreuse, rien ne manque. L'équipe est facilement joignable et en cas de besoin ils interviennent très rapidement. Et cerise sur le gateau pour nos enfants pêcheurs à la ligne, l'un des meilleurs spots est à 5 mn à pied de la maison😁. Si nous revenons sur Great Exuma, nous choisirons sans hésiter cette maison dasn laquelle bous avons tant de beaux souvenirs.

Great rental

This house was great! Good home for the price. Renovated nicely. You are definitely away from everything being on Little Exuma but that is exactly what we wanted and the price was less than being closer to town. You are on some type of back bay it’s not an actual beach but the water there is always calm so it was great for our 3 year old to play in the sand and water without us having to worry about big ocean waves. It was also great for Kayaking and paddle-boarding. We brought our I-sups and were able to paddle just about every day. The owner was great!! Super helpful and sent us a welcome package with tons of info about the island including restaurants, groceries, water-sports, etc. We reached out to them several times and usually got a response within the hour. The property said it had beach umbrellas but they were missing when we got there. The owner reached out to the property manager and got us some new beach umbrellas delivered to the house the next day. The driveway is super rocky, steep and unpaved. This took us a few days to get used to parking on it. Other than that everything was great. I would definitely recommend this rental based off of how nice it was renovated and having reliable communication with the owner.

Charming at Sunset Cove

If you are thinking about staying at Exuma do it! The water is unreal. Sunset Cove was so fun for our entire family we had ages ranging from 76 to 6! It was perfect for everyone! The drive is a little further than I would like but the charm overrides the drive! We saw several starfish in the water just in front of the cottage. We kayaked to the lazy river and that was so fun. The house is stocked with everything that you need and the manager communicated with us when we had a need.

Paradise

We enjoyed our trip to Exuma and were pleased with everything about Sunset Cove. The house is just as pictured on the listing. Judy, the property manager, was accessible and so helpful. She helped us with our rental car, booking a boat for a day, and booking a fishing excursion. The owner, Will, was very helpful prior to our trip, checked on us while we were there, and followed up with us afterwards. This definitely was the best vacation we have taken as a family!! We will be back!

Beautiful property excellent accommodations

Beautiful property excellent accommodations. As a family we prefer to stay in a more secluded location and this was perfect. We were so close to some amazing beaches, excellent restaurants, fishing at the bridge, and of course kayak exploring the bay area. We saw dolphins, turtles, and many tropical fish. Waking up in the morning and seeing that beautiful view, the pictures do not do it justice. Will and Phil are excellent hosts. We appreciated the recommendations on restaurants and things to do, and the property manager Judy is responsive. The kitchen is very well equipped, The beds are comfortable and towels are high-quality. It is very obvious these are people who care about their guests. I cannot imagine anyone being disappointed. Is that enough

Stay at Sunset Cove

Our stay at Sunset Cove was magical. The house was beautiful, clean and cozy, with all of the amenities. And the location speaks for itself. Sublime! Even with a broken leg, we kayaked every day and explored the Cove and Moriah Bay. Our hosts (Phil and Will) could not be more accommodating and responsive. Hope to return next year.

Gorgeous, peaceful location with so much to do

The house was perfect for our family! The house is well equipped with everything you need inside and decorated beautifully. The pictures of the surrounding area do it no justice! Its one of the most beautiful locations I've ever stayed. We debated as a family whether it would have been better to be right on a major beach or in this house and we all agreed that this house was way better. You can drive to many beaches within 5-10 minutes. But if you stayed there you would never venture out on the kayaks to explore the lazy river (a huge favorite with us) and all the amazing natural wonders. We saw turtles, sharks, rays and dolphins while kayaking! We will definitely be going back!

Beautiful exumas

The home is beautiful! It is in a great location close to the best beaches on the island. It has everything you need to kayak around the area, the lazy river was our favorite place to spend some time. The house is well furnished and fully equipped. The hosts were very responsive and provided a helpful guide to Exuma including places to visits and restaurants, we tried most on the list and they were all great. I would highly recommend this home. Hope to return soon!

We loved this place!! The only reason I gave it a 4 out of 5 for location was because the beach was not super great for swimming a little mucky so bring water shoes other than that it was perfect!

Sunset Cove Sisters

House was immaculate. High end appliances and everything you could possibly need in the kitchen. Awesome location and kayaking was phenomenal. Locals very nice and accommodating with information. Close to great beaches and a short drive to town for supplies and activities.

Wonderful Location for Kayaking and Sunsets

Really nice house. Very modern and cozy. Good Internet. Easy drive to Forbes Hill and Tropic of Cancer beaches. We can't wait to go back. Also I highly recommend the private chef service and grocery delivery.

I had been dreaming about this property about 4 years before I was able to purchase it. Nothing can beat its view of the Ferry Harbour. It's calm, shallow water perfect for my kids, for boating and for kayaking. For us, the most amazing place in all of Exuma is "the Cut" and "Lazy River Beach (the sand flats) where Moriah Cay meets Little Exuma. From our property, they are a short 10 minute kayak ride away.

Our property is easy to find and access being right off of the Queen's highway after the Ferry Bridge. It is a nature lovers dream with lots of property and being directly on the Ferry Harbour. It is very private and the perfect place to just get away from it all. You could spend days kayaking the shore line and exploring the many Cays, sandbars and blue holes. Kayak under the bridge and find the breathtaking beauty or Moriah Harbour and Moriah Cay. Both of these areas offer incredible swimming and snorkling. If fishing is what you enjoy, our location is world renown for bone fishing. We are also only a 5 minute drive from some of the most amazing beaches on Little Exuma. Our property manager has been born and raised on Little Exuma and can direct you to the best beaches, fishing spots and snorkelling locations.
