This apartment is situated in the heart of Philadelphia, just minutes from popular destinations like Reading Terminal, Rittenhouse Square, Downtown Center City, Temple University, Old City, Children’s Hospital of Philadelphia, University of Pennsylvania Hospital, Jefferson Hospital, Temple University Hospital, Einstein Hospital and many other iconic attractions in the area.

Attention health care employee’s - this apartment is within minutes of all local hospitals in the city.

**Private Parking:** The apartment includes free private parking inside an enclosed garage for one vehicle. Please ensure your vehicle fits completely in the designated space before closing the door. Additionally, there is free street parking available nearby.

***Note: The private entrance to the parking area measures 101" wide x 202" deep x 86" high. Larger vehicles may not fit, so please use your judgment

For guest safety and liability reasons, I’ve decided to remove sharp knives from the property completely. Since many guests travel with children or may not be familiar with the layout of the kitchen, I felt it was best to limit any risk. I am sorry for the inconvenience.

Did not have no extra towels and bath rags no cleaning supplies no brooms are mopped andsomething is wrong with one or burer in back but the rooms were clean and it is a very nice place and love how to host look out for you location great and I. Thank you so very much. I will be giving you a call in the morning to let you know exactly what time we will be leaving. Thank you so very very much and have a blessed week.

Thank you so much for the 10/10 review and for your kinds words about the cleanliness of the apartment, the location, and my hospitality. I'm so happy to hear you enjoyed your stay! I did want to clarify a couple of points for future guest. Your reservation was for four nights, and we provided eight bath towels to use during your stay. The apartment is also equipped with a washer and dryer, so towels can easily be washed and dried if needed during your stay. If you had needed additional towels at any time, all you had to do was send a message - We would have been more than happy to bring you more. I also wanted to mention that there is a vacuum stored in the closet and cleaning supplies are located under the kitchen sink for guest use. Thank you again for staying with us.
