Immaginati in questo bellissimo, nuovo per la casa sulla spiaggia con vista sull'oceano 2014. Forever Summer è una gemma su misura 5 camere da letto, 6. 5 bagni che è decorata e arredata in modo professionale per il massimo divertimento. Abbiamo fatto del nostro meglio per pensare a tutto ciò di cui avrete bisogno per rendere la vostra prossima vacanza la migliore. Questa casa dispone di accessibilità per disabili, tra cui una doccia approvata ADA in una delle camere da letto. Forever Summer ha anche una piscina extra-large con bagno nelle vicinanze, ascensore con pannelli in legno, cucina molto grande, terrazza frontale extra-large, elettronica all'avanguardia e, soprattutto, facile accesso alla spiaggia. Forever Summer presenta pavimenti in hickory al terzo piano di questa pianta del piano inverso con bellissime piastrelle nella camera familiare al secondo piano e soffice moquette in ciascuna delle camere da letto. Goditi le fantastiche viste sull'oceano dal ponte anteriore e la tranquilla riserva di legno e le viste inter-costiere e i tramonti dal retro. La bella cucina è stata progettata pensando a grandi raduni con mobili personalizzati, ripiani in granito, elettrodomestici in acciaio inossidabile e tutte le nuove pentole e attrezzature. Due lavastoviglie mantengono pulite tutte le stoviglie e un frigorifero per bevande e una macchina per il ghiaccio separata aiutano a mantenere fresche le bevande nelle calde giornate estive. L'acqua calda illimitata è sempre disponibile simultaneamente per tutte e sei le docce (5 all'interno, 1 all'esterno) da due serbatoi Rinnai in meno, scaldabagni a gas su richiesta. Inoltre, non ci sono chiavi da condividere in quanto esiste una chiave in meno che verrà modificata per soddisfare ogni nuovo ospite.

Just finished up a week in Forever Summer and it was amazing! Location was perfect! House was clean and ready to go when we arrived. It has tons of space, a great pool, and an absolutely awesome view from the top deck! The host was great with communication too! Book your stay now!

Great holiday vacation!

Great house for our family of 10! Love the large top deck and easy walk to beach. Very clean! Everything was in working order, and lots of room for us to gather together. Highly recommend!

Incredible Stay

Property was everything we hope for, convenient to beach, more than enough room for our family. The owner Dave’s communications were off the charts and when we had a couple very small issues, he had someone there right way to solve the problem. I highly recommend staying here, I know we will be back.

We had such a wonderful time at “Forever Summer” the host was super responsive and literally took care of everything right away. Loved the pool and the fact that there was a bathroom on the bottom level! Can’t wait to come back, perfect for a large family vacay! We will be back!!!!

Best Family Vacation

We absolutely loved this vacation. The house was amazing, great open space for gathering as a family, the elevator worked great and the space accomodated our family member in a wheelchair, quick walk to the beach, easy communication with Dave. I hope we can come back here again!

Great stay in OIB!

Floor plan worked well for our family of 10. Master on top floor with kitchen and living areas was ideal for the grandparents. Easy walk to the beach. Would stay again.

Outstanding house! Outstanding hosts! House is clean and well kept.Incredible view from the huge front deck. Well equipped kitchen. Ice machine was a huge plus. Great pool. Elevator and ADA bathroom were essential for our family. Dave and Amy are awesome hosts.

We had a lovely stay at this 5-star property. The house was clean, well equipped, ready on time and had terrific oceanfront views from a very spacious front porch. We are planning our return next year.

Great house with close proximity to access

Great set up for our extended family. Room for everyone and a great flow to the layout. Super close to the public access, so just a short walk to the beach. We had the perfect view of the fireworks on the 4th too!

wonderful space for a retreat

This was a perfect spot for a business retreat!! We enjoyed the large porches and the other accommodations. We had plenty of room to spread out. The handy man, Russ was great when we needed to set up the tv for streaming. Wonderful stay!

Get Away Weekend with Friends

Great place to stay for watching basketball tournament and catching up with old friends. Kitchen and amenities have everything you would ever need to cook a gourmet meal. Front porch has excellent views, sun and relaxing furniture.

Our group of guys had arrived after you and we had a gourmet cook with us who cooked fresh fish on the Charcoal Grill and he also loved the kitchen and all the amenities. Beautiful view of the ocean and sound from this home. Always arrive to the cleanest home we have ever stayed in. We have already rented for 2018 which will make our third year at Forever Summer.

Fantastic location

The house was fantastic. We had a very large group and were able to accommodate everyone - from the bedrooms to the dishes and flatware. Access to the beach was easy and the view was fantastic. Dave was fantastic as well. Highly suggest this property.

Great stay

We really enjoyed Forever Summer over spring break 2021! The house was beautiful, clean, and well kept. We had a few minor things occur during the vacation but Dave was super quick to respond and the nature of them were insignificant. Would not hestitate to book this or their other home.

Great for family!

Beautiful house, furnished very tastefully for family relaxing. Everything you need, owners very helpful with what you need to bring. Thanksgiving weekend had a variety of weather, so we had some indoor time, which was delightful. So close to the beach, with great ocean views. We were blessed with a wonderful time in a great place!

Great beach house for family vacation

Perfect house for four generations to gather for a beach vacation. Elevator and ADA accessible bath more than met the needs of our 89-year-old mother. Wonderful kitchen and plenty of seating on porch and around pool. The house was very clean, exceptionally well maintained and well supplied.
