Seas the Day was in a great spot- easy access to the beach trolley and pretty golf course views. The house itself had a little end of season wear and tear and some any issues. The exterminator came out as soon as we notified the host. Also, be aware- there is a coastal phenomenon when it comes to hot tubs and polls- you can feel the electrical current near the pool's edge in certain spots. While that is not a huge concern, you may feel a shock when stepping onto the water at that point. It definitely made my kids wary of using the pool. The kitchen was well-stocked with equipment & the harris Teeter is just a few minutes away. We loved the beach and highly recommend renting chairs and umbrella service when you are there!

The management staff at Coastal Carolina Vacations were awesome to deal with. On day one we needed the downstairs AC fixed as it was 79 degrees inside at 8PM and would not get any cooler. They sent someone out that night with portable units and had the issue fixed the next day (Sunday). We also had a problem with ants, and they had that addressed on Sunday as well. Unfortunately, that limited me from doing what I wanted on Sunday as I needed to stick by the house and wait for folks to fix things. Many thanks are due for the quick response!The house layout is great. The property is in need of attention. Most lamps either did not work or were missing light bulbs. The pool deck is in bad need of weeding. The cleaning crew had not made the master bed properly, s it had a 2 inch lump in the mattress pad in the middle of the bed (who makes a bed and leaves it that way?). This is a pet friendly house, but they had not addressed the pet stain on the landing by the stairs or vacuumed the pet hair off of the furniture. I think this is a new rental, so once they figure those things out this will be a great place to stay.
