We loved it, great location, fantastic host. Only comment I can make is that it would be a tough stay for 8 with only 1 bathroom. We would definitely return!

The cottage was perfect for us celebrating a retirement . It was clean, light, lovely sea breezes and very quiet. The walk to the beach was easy; no crazy summer traffic. Beds were comfortable, pillows plentiful, blankets cozy for cool Fall evenings.A very fine setting and thoughtful host. We very much enjoyed our time there.

Cute house. Very easy walk to the beach. It was very humid when we went and towels stayed damp the whole time. Beds were very comfortable, and the outdoor space was perfection for early morning coffee or evening meals and everything in between! Host was very responsive, check-in was a breeze.

The house was perfect and just as photographed. Really cozy and clean! My husband and I were there with my four children ages 8-15. There is one bathroom but also an outdoor shower. The walk to the beach was easy and the beach is beautiful. Host was extremely responsive and flexible. It was well stocked with towels, boogie boards, chairs etc. The deck was lovely to enjoy as well. We didn’t want to leave and would love to come back!

Pros:Quiet areaPrivateClose to beachNice Outdoor showerBeds were comfortableCons:Air conditioning needs an upgrade. Held together with duct tape. They are very loud. Home was very hot!!Parking not convenient and inadequate. If you have a place that sleeps 8 people you need to accommodate for parking. The parking area was not maintained well and the trees made our vehicles dirty. Relatives on property and not disclosed. Felt like we were being spied on. Definitely not worth the money we paid for it. The base under the sink in the kitchen was filthy. It was not even cleaned.Garbage can under sink was filthy and not even cleaned out.The bathroom fan and the box fan upstairs were clogged and dirty. We cleaned the bathroom one the best we could for you. You are welcome.Can’t close the side house blinds in the living room at the very top. Sun comes through and makes the house very hot.
