The location was perfect as we love to be right on the beach and even close to the pier. The view was wonderful. The balcony was plenty big enough. The elevators were a great help since we were on the 3rd floor.

The place was great didn’t have to worry about a thing! Easy access to elevators and beach very clean. Only down fall the trip is always too short.

Check in and check out very smooth. Communication good. Issues dealt with in a timely manner. As you can see from photos, unit is a bit dated, but has everything you need for a great trip! Would stay here again:)

We stayed 2 weeks and couldn’t be happier with this unit. Loved sitting on the balcony. Kitchen was well supplied with everything you could possibly need. Beds were very comfortable with plenty of room space. Definitely will book again!

We have stayed in Ms. Evans' properties before and have never been disappointed. The condo was impeccably clean and had everything that could be needed for a wonderful stay at the beach!

Beautiful condo, keyless entry made it worry free trying to keep up with a key. Walking distance to restaurant, beautiful beaches

Great Anniversary trip!

The Regency is a great place to stay in Navarre. This condo was on point! Everything we needed was provided. Betty was a dream to work with, We hope to come back next year!

Perfect get away!! The condo was nicely furnished, master bedroom bed was extremely comfortable! Loved it being on the east end of the unit! Saw a beautiful rainbow over the fishing pier! Highly recommend!!

Large spacious unit that was very nice and clean.

We enjoyed our stay at Regency 301. Convenient location in walking distance of pier, park and restaurants. The unit was very clean and spacious. It had a very comfortable feeling of home. I would stay here again in the future.

Spring Getaway

Very nice well kept apartment. Great view of Gulf and beach. Navarre is not as built up and congested as much of the Panhandle.

Great Location

Right on the beach! Very short walk to the sand from this condo. We very much enjoyed our stay. The jetted tub seemed to not be working well while we were there and one of the beds was broken, was just us,so not a huge deal.

Glad you enjoyed the beach! The bed was replaced as soon as we were made aware it was broken! We also had maintenance look at the jetted tub but did not find an issue with it. We will respond quickly because we want everything our guests to enjoy every moment without problems while vacationing!

We have rented from Betty a few times now. Another great stay and another great vacation. Condo was clean and all the amenities needed.Absolutely no issues. We hope to return next year.

Way better than pics

Our first time to Navarre and it could not have been better. This condo was more than we expected. Had everything we needed and more and was in a perfect location. The balcony is totally amazing, beds really comfy, bathrooms stocked with towels and laid out perfect, and the view was breathtaking. Thank you!!
