Very nice and any concerns are promptly addressed. Amazing pool and hot tub. Comfortable beds! Loved everything except the ice maker. Just bought bags of ice to make up for that.

Great trip, house was great and only a short walk to the beach. Our host immediately took care of small issues that came up. Really made for a good vacation.

Close to the beach, plenty of room, awesome pool and hot tub. There is not a golf simulator and foosball tables as the listing states but overall great place to stay!

Wonderful!!!

The house and Pool area was nice for me and my family. Lots of room and the cart and bikes was nice. It was also close to the beach and surrounding restaurants.

The house is amazing. It's clean and comfortable. Everyone in our group enjoyed the home, pool, beach and golf cart. Overall, we are very satisfied and will definitely be back.

We enjoyed the house so much that our kids don’t want to leave ever! Very clean and updated appliances as well!

Amazing

We had an amazing stay at Ocean 10 Beach House from July 17–25. The home was beautiful, clean, well-maintained, and had everything we needed for a relaxing beach vacation. It truly felt like a home away from home. One thing that really stood out was the outstanding customer service. Anytime we submitted a maintenance request, someone responded and arrived promptly to take care of the issue. We were very impressed with how quickly everything was handled. I also want to give a special thank you to Alex at Coastal Retreats. Every time I emailed with a question or concern, Alex responded quickly, professionally, and was always helpful. That level of communication made our entire experience stress-free and enjoyable. We truly appreciate the excellent service and hospitality. We would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend Ocean 10 Beach House and Coastal Retreats to anyone looking for a wonderful beach vacation.

Great Large Family Getaway

Overall loved the house and location. The entire family was comfortable and complimentary of the house. We had a couple of family members with physical limitations so the elevator was a great convenience. The kitchen was fabulous, few problems with the freezer but was able to overcome. There also wasn’t a golf cart. Would definitely stay here again.

Basics needed

Love the house, location, though it needs to be stocked up with basic cleaning products, more cooking pans, trash bags, etc. need instructions on how to work the hot tub.

This place is amazing, very convenient to stores, restaurants, beach. It’s massive, really good for huge groups. Most of our necessities are provided like pots and pans, air fryer, toaster. They even have a staff who comes and cleans the pool daily. We utilized the elevator which is really a plus having a 3 floor house. The management is easy to communicate with, they are very responsive with every inquiries I asked.They provide bikes, chairs and golf carts unfortunately we are not able to use because we all prefer to walk going to the beach. Overall, by far the best placed we stayed at

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was very clean. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We had a wonderful time!I want to gather my whole family as I just recently retired.It was wonderful to see looks on my grandchildren when they arrived.Lot of space great rooms for my adult children.I would only recommend a hose by pool shower so sand doesn’t get into pool. Visit July 4, 2024 Week

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We arrived around 5 pm and the door code worked to let us in. The home appeared brand new and immaculately cleaned. Kitchen had sub-zero freezer and refrigerator and a Wolf stove. Pool and hot tub were large, AC was cold. Great property. A couple of things to note. The 2nd floor bunk room is not near a bathroom. The common bathroom on that floor does not have a shower or bathtub either. The icemaker in the freezer is very low volume, so daily ice purchases were a necessity. Our stay did not include a golf cart, which would have been very useful for shutting guests back and forth to the beach.

We were 20 group! 11 months to 94.Had a wonderful time! Lots of golf cart rides, beach is very close!Pool was a hit with kiddos!Kitchen is VERY well stocked! Love the big fridge!Alex and team were very easy to get in touch with- even delivered a remote control within an hour so we could watch World Cup games by the pool.Def recommend!
