Located at the end of a quiet residential street above our garage, the Luxury Loft is nestled amongst mature trees and offers a beautiful ornamental pond view. Just 1 mile to the heart of Orono village, and 2 miles to the University of Maine.
Enjoy using a fully stocked kitchen, dishwasher, washer and dryer, air conditioning, and a 3 season screened in porch! The living room boasts a plush downed filled sofa for TV viewing. The bedroom has a very comfortable queen sized bed. WIFI available. An outdoor patio is also available with a propane BBQ grill for seasonal use upon request.
For your safety and ours a ring video door bell monitors the outside entrance and parking area.

The apartment is really nice and has everything you need in kitchen supplies. They thought of everything. Very clean and cute and cozy. The screened in porch was gorgeous to sit out on at night or the morning.

This location was a dream Extremely clean, cozy and comfortable. Very spacious and relaxing atmosphere, perfect for a “home base” to explore all sorts of nearby attractions. We drove down to Acadia National Park, and coming back to this apartment was perfect after a long day! Best of all, their pond in the front yard was so cute!

This was by far the nicest VRBO I’ve ever stayed in. It was my husband and I and we stayed 3 nights. The space was perfect! Beautiful accommodations and setting, amazing kitchen, meticulously clean and incredibly gracious and kind hosts. Quiet location yet a very easy drive to Bangor. Couldn’t have asked for more. If you need to stay in the Bangor area stay here!

I can not say enough WONDERFUL things about this accommodation, it’s a great location, pristinely cleaned, and you can tell that Holly takes pride in making sure her guests have a wonderful stay. Every aspect of this apartment is well thought out and unique. I have NEVER stayed at a location as wonderful as this. The bed is super comfy, the screened in porch was a lovely place to hang out, and it felt very private. I really enjoyed this stay. Holly was extremely helpful and made sure we were set for our stay. I will mostly definitely be back!

Very easy check-in to an absolutely beautiful apartment. It comes with anything you would ever need. We really couldn’t rave enough about this place and would certainly recommend to those who want to stay in style, but at an affordable price. Thank you, Holly and Greg!!!

Oh my, where to start? If there was a master class for hosts, Holly would be the main instructor. She gets an A, First class, Five star rating from us.Really, this space is just so wonderful. The kitchen is well stocked with what you need to actually cook, and there are quality appliances for laundry too. The space is layed out very well and made the perfect honeymoon getaway for my wife and I. We ate most of our meals on the screened in deck which gave quiet views and fresh air each dining experience.Holly was very responsive to messages and a very pleasant host too.

This property was like a new place. Kitchen was supplied with top of the line cooking items and dinnerware and silverware was good quality. Host provides several coffee brewing options. Beautiful setting with deck off the kitchen with seating for bird watching or dinner. Bed was comfortable. Bathroom was spacious with large walk in shower and had a top of the line front load washer and dryer. I would highly recommend to anyone looking for just a couple nights or week long stay. Great restaurants nearby.

This apartment is magical! The kitchen is so well equipped - better than my own at home! It was so clean and well-light, and in a safe, quiet neighborhood. Holly was wonderful and so gracious! It was very easy to access the lock pad and the entry way has automatic lights. It was close to downtown Orono and an easy drive to Bangor. We enjoyed the nearby trails, Woodsman Grill, The Nest, and the Golden Bean. We absolutely love this place and can’t wait until our next visit!!

This place is so perfect. It’s like staying at your cool older sisters apartment while she’s off to work- it’s clean, comfortable, has everything you need plus thoughtful extras throughout. The street is quiet and peaceful, but just a couple minutes from downtown Orono. Furniture is plush, towels are clean and soft but not so new they don’t absorb water. Laundry plus all the extras was a huge bonus. Loved this stay and 10/10 would stay again.
