House/property was great. Room for 2 trucks and a large boat trailer. Kitchen had everything you needed, pool was really nice. No complaints, would book again 100%

My family and I enjoyed our stay. The home was very clean, beautifully decorated, and wonderfully stocked. Great proximity to dining and shopping as well as fishing offshore and snorkeling at the lighthouse. The canal is beautiful at night with all of the lights. We truly enjoyed lounging in the pool as well. Overall, we had a great stay and will definitely be back.

Excellent property and location! The house was clean and the beds comfortable. We rented a boat for the a few days. It was easy to access the gulf from the house. The fish cleaning station was appreciated and the well-equipped kitchen had everything we needed.

The house is centrally located in the middle of all that Marathon has to offer. Very clean and THE best FULLY stocked kitchen. We have been coming to Marathon for 30 years, renting for 20 and we have never had a better kitchen set up!

We stayed here for a week with two couples and two children, and we absolutely loved our stay! The house was very clean, spacious, and comfortable. Even with six of us, we never felt like we were on top of each other.The pool was wonderful for a quick dip to cool off during the day and for relaxing together in the evenings. We also had a great time fishing right off the canal and caught a significant amount of fish. One of the highlights was even getting to see a manatee!The outdoor area was very well equipped, including a barbecue and freezer. Beach chairs and umbrellas were available in the shed, which made heading to a nearby beach incredibly easy and convenient. The kitchen was well stocked and provided a great space for everyone to gather and enjoy meals together.The hosts were communicative, reliable, and made our vacation easy from start to finish. We would absolutely rent this property again and highly recommend it!

Everything was a smooth sale. Home is comfy. No complaints. Only thing missing is a Commercial ice machine, and additional outdoor lighting to be able to see while cleaning fish or even cooking on the BBQ grill at night. Other than that the home is excellent.

By far one of our favorite houses we’ve stayed at in Key Colony and we’ve been coming for about 8 years! My mom and I both agreed that it was well equipped with just about everything you need in the kitchen! We had to rent a baby crib from Baby Quip but that process was smooth! The pool was amazing for kids, it has about a 8inch shallow end for babies to play in. Would def recommend blackout curtains if you have a baby with you because the windows are bright. Other than that, zero complaints! Great communication with the host! We will be back!

Lovely house located in a quiet neighborhood. It was nice to have the master bedroom tucked away from the main living areas of the house. House was well appointed. Beds were comfortable and our group of seven had plenty of room. The pool was perfect for the two year old to enjoy safely as it has a shallow area where she could play with her toys. We fished on the canal and saw lots of cool fish, pelicans, egrets, and enjoyed beautiful sunsets from the top deck. The neighborhood is great for walking and Sunset Beach is a short walk away. Responsive hosts which is very helpful. We had a fantastic time and we will be back!!

This was a perfect house for our family spring break vacation. The pool was perfect, and had a nice balance of sun and shade. Having the back patio as an option to sit by the dock was great. There are so many places around this property to sit and relax. The couch was very comfy inside. We loved having the walking paths around Key Colony. The sunset beach is easy walking distance. We never made it to the Key Colony Cabana, but with the pool we didn’t find it necessary. The Tuesday farmers market was fun to go to, about 1 mile from the house. I also want to thank the host, there were so many convenience items around the house you don’t always find. It was overall a fantastic week away.
