Clean, Well Appointed & Convenient

Very nice, comfortable stay. Wonderful location with proximity to parks, museums, and dining. Property was clean, everything worked, and had a comfortable master bed. Great for a couple coming to town to explore.

To add to this review: Parking for the apartment is on the street in front of the building. Parking is free and no permit is required. There is plenty of parking in the neighborhood for everyone, more often than not you will always get a spot right out front.

It was such an easy process to book and stay!

Will plan on using this property with our next stay in St. Louis. We we’re too busy to really enjoy the area and the space rented but if in the future we travel will keep this on our list the first place to contact!

Excellent place!

What a great rental property. Very clean and well kept, and in a great location. We stayed for 3 nights and have zero complaints. We will only use this property from now on when visiting our family in St Louis. Thanks for the great hospitality!

A very nicely renovated 1920’s vintage apartment adjacent to the Missouri Botanical Gardens, Tower Grove Park and The Hill neighborhood. The location is convenient to anywhere in the St. Louis area. Very private and perfect for an individual or couple.

Enjoyable Stay

The apartment was exactly as advertised. It was clean and had all of the amenities we needed in the kitchen and bathroom. The neighborhood was family friendly with many young families and pets in the nearby homes. Parking was never an issue. Overall, we were very pleased with our stay.

Clean and great location

Great location for accessing SLU and downtown. Tower Grove Park very close. The unit is super clean and well-stocked. Perfect for a couple and another adult. Trundle bed if two children. Quiet area. Would stay here again.

Cozy, comfortable and convenient.

It was just like the pictures and description. It was in a quiet neighborhood, yet conveniently near most of the major attractions. We rode our bikes around the nearby park and to the zoo. Several good, local restaurants located within a very short distance. It was the perfect size for me, my wife and our daughter.

Everything You Need In a Perfect Location

This is really a terrific way to see St. Louis. We were able to walk to the Botanic Garden & the craft beer fest at Tower Grove. Drove 5 minutes to a delicious dinner on the Hill and another 10 to trek around the Central West End. The apartment was a wonderful retreat to come home to after several fun filled days.

Quiet Gem

Stayed several days. Quiet neighborhood. Street parking, but was able to park right out front each day. Apartment had been recently updated - new furniture, curtains, towels, etc. Roku TV, cable, etc. reasonably priced - would stay here again.

PERFECT

The apartment was perfect. It was very clean and inviting. It had the charm of the older apartments but with all the modern comforts. The location was great for all the sites and activities we did in St.Louis. The owner was prompt with all corespondents and very helpful. I would definitely recommend this VRBO rental for those who are looking for a place to stay whil in St. Louis.

All about location

This rental is all about location, which is superb! The place itself is pretty good, but for a man who is over 6 foot tall like myself, the bathroom is super small - less than a foot from the toilet to the shower. The noise was obvious in the evenings as well, but that is doable and to be expected in a place like this, but it was a great stay in a perfect location to get anywhere easily.

The toilet is close to the tub but has never been an issue for myself. I'm 5' 10" and had the same setup in my apartment downstairs, I can easily sit on the toilet with both feet flat on the floor and not touch the bathtub. You can view pictures of the floor plan and bathroom.

Explore St Louis

Family was off to the Indy 500 and I explored St Louis. The apartment was perfect. It was an easy walk to the Missouri Botanical Garden, and a short UBER ride to the Arch. The apt is located on a quite street, but only blocks from lots of activities. If you are a walker, it is less that 3 miles to Forest Park where the Zoo is and much more. You won't regret staying here.

Good location, great owner, very clean

Loved this rental. Owner communication was fast and the right amount. Very clean and well provisioned. We were two people, plenty of room. on premise laundry was great to have. Botanic gardens near by, they are interesting. Used LYFT to get downtown. Very convenient. Will stay again if ever in STL in the future. Thanks for a great stay Mike.

Quaint, quiet & nostalgic

This was our first vrbo experience and it worked out well. The location was a perfect 10-15 minutes anywhere we went. Mike has done a nice job making a historic property that's 90-100 years old warm and inviting. I loved it as i could get up early, make coffee and enjoy my quiet time while my wife was still sleeping. It had all we needed for a great weekend in St. Loius. Thanks Mike
