Ocean House 1203 è stato rinnovato nel dicembre 2013 - tra cui il nuovo pavimento di piastrelle in tutta zona giorno, cucina ristrutturato con nuovi elettrodomestici. Sia cucina e bagni sono dotati di mobili nuovi, con granito-top. Il condominio è stata dipinta di fresco e ha nuovi televisori a schermo piatto.

Rilassatevi e godetevi le vostre vacanze in questa parte anteriore del Golfo 2 camere da letto, 2 bagni unità. La cucina completamente attrezzata comprende una zona lavanderia separata con una lavatrice e asciugatrice.

La camera da letto principale ha un letto king size con un letto matrimoniale nella camera da letto 2. La zona soggiorno ha un divano letto matrimoniale. Rilassatevi e godetevi l'immagine perfetta vista sul mare dal balcone. Che si tratti di un breve week-end o una settimana lunga, il nostro condominio ha quello che stai cercando!

Ocean House I è a pochi passi da ristoranti di pesce, negozi e Gulf Shores Beach pubblica (ma si può anche camminare a destra al di fuori di questo condominio e sulla spiaggia). Ci sono numerosi campi da golf della zona con i tassi pratici.

A very good stay

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Our room was ready a little early and we could get in and settled before dinner. The unit was as advertised with clean linen and towels. The kitchen was in good order, provided with the basic appliances. As always, Gulf Shores Rentals were polite and efficient. A problem with this unit that has already reported was still present. It might be a problem for families with small children. The sliding door from the living room to the balcony does lock. My concern was for security. Fortunately I had in my car, a 32-1/2 inch rod that fit nicely in the door track, securing it nicely. Other than that the stay was perfect.

Great Stay!

Enjoyed our 9 day stay. Here for softball tournament. Wish pool didn't close at 10. Midnight would be better. Will return again next year.

Some things could have been better

Rating Details: The property manager was more than helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The retrieval of the package was easy, but NOT at the property itself. There is a building 1 and 2 and no map of what floors the rooms are on. A brief instruction would have helped our arrival on what floor our room was on. No one in office or security booth, notes everywhere about needing a parking permit and to call a number if no one is around. I called twice with no answer. I was little worried about my van getting towed, till the second day when i seen a guy walking around the parking lots and he got my 30$ for a pass. After the first night we noticed a really bad water leak that looked like it was coming from a new water heater. After reporting it, a tech was onsite ASAP, but only took the closet door off, pulled carpet back and cut out padding. He said to leave it like that to dry out and the company who installed the water heater will be back to fix it. No one came back and no further communication from company. The one bedroom wasn’t very pleasant with a closet door leaning against the wall and carpet pulled up. The rest of the condo was very nice. It had all the cooking utensils needed for our stay. The washer and dryer ran everyday. I really liked being on the 2nd floor, so we didn’t have to use the elevator everytime. The unit had great views of the gulf and swimming area. I would stay in this unit again in the future, specially now that i know the ropes. The hot water heater experience wasn’t good at all, but feel it was a one off and management will communicate better with quest after reading this review.

Some issues with this unit

This unit was nice, but the entry door keys were very difficult to use. It’s disappointing considering this was a complaint made by a former guest 4 months prior to our stay. The property manager was helpful in delivering us two keys that worked slightly better. There was also a problem with making/receiving phone calls in the building itself. We had to make calls from the parking lot, pool or even the beach. But nothing would go through even on the balcony. We’ve stayed in Ocean House 2 before and never had issues, so I was surprised to experience that in Ocean House 1. It made it difficult to field a few work issues while we were there. I noticed 2 other people making calls outside their units, so I’m not sure if this was more of a building wide issue or not. The unit was nice besides those issues, but they were significant enough for us that we won’t rent this unit again.

GREAT view!

We really enjoyed our stay at Ocean House. Our unit was on the second floor and it was almost like staying right on the sand! Everything was clean, the area was quiet, and the check in and out process was very easy with the app. We would definitely stay again on a future trip.

Beach Vacation 2022

This was a very nice condo and we thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The only draw back was we had to use a key instead of a key pad on the door. The traffic is rough sometimes and getting to the place to get the key can be time consuming. Plus making sure you have the key with you coming on and off the beach is a little aggravating. We have stayed at Ocean House before and had the key pad and definitely preferred that method.

Overall Good Experience

The Bad: 1)Entry door lock was terrible, was very difficult to lock and unlock EVERY time, it's 2022 should not be using keys/ upgrade to keypad ASAP. 2) the sofa bed sheets did not fit and no blanket, we gave up sheet and blanket from other bed. 3) At 4am EVERY Day the garbage Truck VERY LOUD came to collect the garbage right outside our door and woke us up everyday. 4) 1st condo Ive ever had to pay to park at the complex, we had 2 vehicles is was $60 for the 5 days. If you can deal with all that the condo is nice and location is great.

Sparsely furnished , very drafty and frigid floors, unfriendly

I was somewhat dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The most disturbing experience during my stay was maintenance coming unannounced to my door, knocking and using master key to unlock and open door before I could answer knock. He basically said I had no right to refuse his entry!

Rating Details: The property manager was very unhelpful. The vacation rental was very clean. I was more than happy with the location. Reviewer Comments: We have rented through Gulf Shores Rental, Inc for years and have always loved staying at Ocean House. That being said, this experience was very different. One morning we woke up to our daughter screaming that everything was wet and water was everywhere. We later found out that a pipe had busted somewhere in the building and our entire floor had flooded. We were never updated by anyone from the rental company. I tried to call multiple times and couldn’t get ahold of anyone. The only people that updated us was the crew from a company sent there to clean up the mess. Carpet and padding was ripped out of the condo, furniture moved all around, beds stripped and mattresses moved. At the end of the day we were left with a complete mess and had to put things back together in order to sleep there. About 25 large fans and two humidifiers were placed in the unit abs we were told to leave them on at all times. The condo got up to 83 degrees and was miserable and sounded like a jet plane it was so loud. The next day I finally had gotten in touch with someone who said he would call me back. I was later called and he left a voicemail telling me they had no where else for us to go, but would refund us our last nights stay if we left early....seriously?!? We had been through **** for two days the least we could have been offered was those two nights free no matter what. We have two children also and it was very hard to stay at out in the heat all day long while people were in and out of the condo checking it and had us keep the door unlocked so they could come/go as needed. I’m so upset with how things were handled. How no one from the rental company even bothered to check on us, or even come look at the conditions we were left with. We had to do a lot of the cleaning ourselves, bedding was even soaking wet. We removed rugs and washed items ourselves. Again, we have used this company for years but the lack of response and professionalism will have us staying else

Location was great. Condo was in need of repairs and a deep cleaning. Entry door knob on interior side kept coming off. Sliding door in living room was hard to open/close and would not lock. Being that we were on the second floor that was a safety issue. Dirty sheets were left on pull out sofa. The condo was not clean. Linens , carpet, and furniture were dingy and smelled bad. Definitely in need a good cleaning! We made the best of our trip and had a wonderful time. I would stay at that complex again but not at that unit unless door repairs and updates to furniture and linens were made. Checking in/out process was easy.
