Thank you for sharing your feedback. We sincerely apologize that your stay in Unit 405 did not meet your expectations. While we’re glad you enjoyed the view, we understand that a beautiful view cannot make up for cleanliness and maintenance issues. We are especially concerned to hear about the dirty dishes, floors and carpet, nonfunctioning lamps and coffee maker, clogged shower drain, dishwasher, and sliding glass door. These are issues that should have been identified and addressed before your arrival, and we apologize that they were not. We take your comments seriously and will be sharing them with our housekeeping and maintenance teams so these concerns can be inspected and corrected. We also regret that your experience did not reflect the level of quality you expected for the rate you paid. Thank you again for bringing these matters to our attention.
