Idealmente situato sulla tranquilla Ocean Blvd. sulla spettacolare estremità sud della spiaggia di Topsail, una delle migliori spiagge della costa orientale e lontana dall'accesso pubblico. Se la settimana desiderata è prenotata, controlla la mia proprietà "sorella gemella" "Captain Andy's Too" VRBO # 1034711

Interni appena rinnovati e di buon gusto, così il tempo trascorso sarà piacevole come il tempo trascorso in spiaggia. Tutte le 4 camere fronte mare hanno una splendida vista sul mare, parete schermo piatto da 37 o 39 pollici montati TV con Blue Ray / DVD / CD / capacità di Smart TV e letti confortevoli. Soggiorno dispone nuovo televisore a schermo piatto 60 pollici con audio bar e sub-woofer per grandi serate di cinema.

Al piano superiore si trova la camera da letto matrimoniale con un letto king-size, confortevole soggiorno, zona pranzo e una cucina completamente attrezzata, tutte con vista favolosa. Al piano inferiore sono più di 3 camere da letto: 2 con letti queen-size e la terza con un nuovo grande doppia più letto a castello con divano due rotelle a dormire tutti i bambini.

La casa dispone di due livelli di ponti con vista sull'oceano, due dondoli, mobili ponte e impareggiabile vista a 180 gradi.

Captain Andy’s is a perfect location on the beach and near shops and food in the little town of Topsail Beach. The house is very comfortable and the host was extremely responsive.

The house was clean and beach views were amazing from every room in the house. Andy was very responsive to any questions that we had. We enjoyed our morning coffee in the deck with amazing sunrises.

Captain Andy’s is an amazing property. The house was very clean. The beach was private. Most days we didn’t have anyone within 100 yards of us on either side. The views from the deck are wonderful, and this deck sits higher than the neighbors, so it also feels very private. He has all the beach chairs, toys and boogie boards you need. The kitchen also has all the tools you need for breakfast, lunch or dinner at home. And you’re within walking distance to the best ice cream shop on the Island - Scoops. I traveled with my husband and two sons, as well as my sister and her husband, and my parents. The bedrooms in the house were set up perfectly for us and my boys loved the bunk bed room. The outdoor shower was a hit as well. Don’t hesitate to book this property if you’re lucky enough to find it available.

Amazing stay

Had a fantastic stay at this house. Check in was easy and house was extremely clean. House right on beach with easy walk to water. We will definitely stay here again on our next trip to Topsail.

We loved this place!

To wake up everyday and watch the sunrise over the ocean, amazing! The week went way too fast! We will definitely want to stay here again :)

Beachfront Paradise!

Captain Andy's is a clean, comfortable home away from home with a spectacular ocean view. This was our second time staying here with our family and it won't be our last. We've stayed at other beach houses on Topsail but Captain Andy's tops them all!

Amazing vacation home!

Captain Andy’s is an awesome home. It is beautifully decorated and well equipped with everything plus more! The views are spectacular of both the ocean and the inlet! We’ve been coming to Topsail for 50+ years and couldn’t have been happier! Great place!

Lots of fun!

This house is a great location a couple blocks from downtown, the beach was great with hardly anybody out there. Had a great time and will be coming back next summer.

Best beach vacation ever

Excellent views, on the beach, only a short walk to the water, wonderful deck, all rooms face the beach and open to the decks!! The beds are comfortable and the kitchen is fully stocked with everything you need to cook, including specialty tools for cooking seafood you can purchase fresh off the dock just two blocks away. We loved it!!

One of the nicest houses we have rented

House was in great condition and well-maintained. Kitchen was well-supplied and everything worked fine. Beach sand was the finest, cleanest and least shelly of most beaches I have been to in NC. Would absolutely stay there again.

A great beach place!

This house was so well-stocked with all a family needs, including beach chairs and toys! Only one suggestion--have Windex on hand to clean the glass-covered dining table.

Amazing house with incredible views

This is a beautifully decorated house with unobstructed views of the ocean from all four bedrooms. In a very quiet portion of the beach with plenty of parking. Great for families. We had a wonderful time and look forward to renting this home again in the future.

Pretty much ideal

Seamless checkin. Well appointed kitchen with nice variety of pots, pans and serving dishes. Storage closet had excellent selection of chairs, umbrellas. And beach toys. Multiple outdoor showers, porch swings and deck seating. Comfortable upholstery and mattresses. Uncrowded beach. Tasteful and uncluttered decor. Big thumbs up!

Great house!

The house was exactly like the listing. Everything was in order when we arrived and we had no issues with anything during our stay. We will definitely check to see if Captain Andy's is available next time we head to Topsail!

Celebrating Family Time !

This was all that was advertised....lovely home, well equipped, fabulous views, easy beach access and much more. Topsail is a quiet area that is perfect for family time away from all of the commercial activities of many other beaches. Captain Andy is easy to work with and offers a lovely "home away from home". Our family had a great week !

Captain Andy’s house is a perfect get away. We spent a week here and enjoyed every minute.

The house is well equipped with a well stocked kitchen. The deck is amazing with plenty of room and built in gates. The location is great, with miles of beach that during our stay was essentially all to us. Access to cable and movies. Already thinking about next year!

We shopped for just the right beach home for several years and this one was by far our favorite. We love the quiet location, the views, the layout & design and being steps away from the sandy beach and blue ocean.
