Nuova griglia in acciaio inox sul ponte per godersi la vita da spiaggia all'interno o fuori. passeggiata privata fuori alla grande bella spiaggia. Vicino al molo per la pesca ea pochi passi da numerosi ristoranti, negozi e campi da golf in miniatura. Asciugamani e biancheria inclusi nel prezzo. Venite a trascorrere le mattine trovare conchiglie sulla spiaggia e rilassante per il suono delle onde che si infrangono sulla riva!

This is our 4th time coming to Topsail, 2nd time staying at this house. Everything was great and the proximity to the beach is a huge plus. For anyone wondering before you get there, there is both a regular coffee maker and a keurig. The host was very responsive when we had a question. Would absolutely stay here again!

We’ve stayed at this property multiple times now, and it never disappoints. It’s always beautifully maintained, incredibly clean, and perfectly functional. Having direct beach access is unbeatable, and the host is consistently helpful and welcoming.We already can't wait for our next visit!

Another lovely stay

We had a great time in Topsail this year, due in no small part to the wonderful accommodations at this property. It’s a great beachfront home, clean and perfectly furnished for a getaway vacation. We stayed here once during the pandemic and jumped at the opportunity when we saw it was available again.

Loved it!

Perfect overall. The location, closeness of the beach, new deck, full kitchen and amenities were great. Beautiful house and i love that its private and the property owner is not through an agency but instead independent. It was perfect all around. Definitely will stay again.

Fun with family

This is our 4th or 5th visit in this home over the past several years. The beds are super comfy, the kitchen is well stocked, and there are great sand toys in the laundry room for all to enjoy. Everything was very clean. Wish we could come more often!

Perfect Beach Cottage

Great private location in a quieter part of Topsail. Located within walking distance to some restaurants and shops, including Quarter Moon for our morning coffee. The layout of the cottage worked well for us, with 2 bedrooms each on both side of the main living space. We found the home was very clean and included all the necessary items we needed. You can tell the host put a lot of thought into the updates and decorations, which really makes this cottage stand out from others we looked at. Our kids loved the bunk room! We enjoyed having private access to the beach and were overall impressed here. We plan on returning!

Repeat Renter

Great home, repeat renter, only issue was getting on beach. Stayed here before and once you left house the beach (sand)area was flat. This time there were two large sand hills to go over to get to flat beach area. This made it very difficult for my elderly in-laws to get to flat beach area. I realize it was to help with flooding in area, jst wasn't expecting it. Last visit it was so much easier for them.

Thank you for coming back to our beach house. I’m sorry your in-laws had a hard time. The city spent all last winter re nourishing the beach and they built up the dunes along the entire beach to make sure the beach does not erode away. It is a bit more inconvenient because you have to walk over the extra dune. But those dunes keep all the houses and the beach safe, so I’m grateful to have it. I hope that won’t keep your family from visiting us again. Unfortunately the dunes are not something I can change- I hope everything else was wonderful! Thanks for your review.

House was much smaller than we usually rent, but we made it work. Deck on front and side and front stairs in bad need of repair. Upon arrival refrigerator was not cooling, so we had to put things in the refrigerator downstairs. Fridge eventually cooled with no other issues. Unable to get the TVs in the bedrooms to work (maybe we just weren't smart enough). Great are of beach with very few other people due to location. A little further down the island than we usually like, but nearby grocery/restaurants was nice.

Great family rental

We had a wonderful stay at this property. The owner was very easy to work with during the renting process, answering any questions I had. The home was very clean, comfortable and nicely decorated. My 3 kids especially loved the bunk bed room! While we made all our meals in the house, in the well stocked kitchen, there were several restaurants in walking distance and many more with in a short drive on the island. We did frequent the little bakery for breakfast treats and evening ice cream. The beach behind the house was quiet and clean. We look forward to visiting this rental again in the future. One word of caution- do not go on the dune behind the house! Big fines...

We love the ocean! We are avid scuba divers and enjoy any sport that has to do with water.
Jeff is from California and Carlyn grew up in Venezuela so water has been a big part of both of our lives. We have been in North Carolina for over 3 years now and love it. We are happy to call this beautiful state our home.

Perché ha scelto questa struttura

We fell in love with this property because of its beachfront location. The property was very dated and needed a LOT of love. We have only owned it for a couple of months but in that time have replaced the floors, appliances, paint, mattresses, toilets and many other items. We hope you will enjoy the labor of love that has been put into this beautiful little beachfront cottage.

Cosa rende unica questa struttura

Walking distance to restaurants, shopping, mini golf, skating and the Assembly Museum. If you are a fisherman you can also walk to the pier to fish. It is a 5 minute walk to the Marina where you can access the intercostal waterway. The kitchen in this property is well stocked with pans and dishes for making wonderful meals at home. The nearest grocery store is only about an 8 minute drive. There are also numerous places to buy fresh seafood. Topsail Island is very family friendly. Be sure to visit the sea turtle rescue shelter nearby.
