The property is absolutely beautiful and as-advertised. My wife and I were celebrating our anniversary, and it was an ideal location: the beach, the waves, they were literally steps away from the back patio. The whole property was clean, well-supplied, well-furnished and updated. Immaculate. You'll have plenty of space for a family, the towels were plenty, the blankets were plenty, lots of options for sitting spaces.One of my favorite parts of the property is that you get to enjoy every bit of the sunrise and the sunset! Beautiful and breathtaking.The following is NOT a criticism of the property, just a cautionary statement for future renters. Please be CERTAIN to have an SUV, Truck or vehicle with 12 inches of clearance to get up the driveway. You will be told that the driveway is "steep", What we were not told was that driving a sedan (just a normal 4 door Lexus) would result in the bottom of our vehicle being bottomed out, both going up and down the driveway just once to get luggage out of the car. The fact that we were told that the driveway was "steep" (and I've driven plenty of steep driveways without an issue), but not told that you could not drive a sedan on it was the only reason I rated communication as a 4 out of 5 stars.Beyond that issue with the driveway, there were NO COMPLAINTS at all. My wife and I would like to return with our three children as well, given how wonderful the property was. Thank you again for letting us stay in your beautiful home!

We had a fantastic week at Villa Adriana! The house is very clean and well stocked. The view is spectacular, and it is such a treat to be so close to the beach! Sunrise over the water on one side, and sunset over the river on the deck on the other side. We also enjoyed sitting on the patio at the table overlooking the ocean in the evenings. The host is extremely responsive to answer questions or clarify instructions. Thank you for a great week!
