Great stay with my family for a week vacation. Area was great and easy to get to local beaches, stores and downtown Orleans. The house was clean and organized. Host was easy to communicate with and very helpful, would recommended to anyone looking.

This rental was utterly charming in every way. My daughter and her family loved all the beautiful details and found the stay very relaxing. So many nice touches everywhere, from the outdoor fire pit to the art on the wall, and even inside the drawers. Would definitely rent this place again.

SummerSalt is an exceptional place to call home while enjoying the Cape! We were thoroughly impressed by the amenities, attention to detail, and care provided in this beautiful and immaculate house. The detailed notes in the binder were incredibly helpful. The caretaking team do an outstanding job, and the house was spotless. We had a wonderful time and thoroughly enjoyed our stay.

My family had a wonderful experience at Summersalt. Everything is new and clean. The beds are comfortable and the central air conditioning made us all sleep well after a long day at the beach. The location is convenient to grocery stores, shopping, beaches, bike path, and watching an Orleans baseball game. There is a bin in the back with beach chairs, boogie boards, sand toys and insulated bag. It was nice to not have to bring those things from home. Andie was a great host. Check in was easy and she was very responsive. I would definitely recommend staying here .

Thank you so much for the 5-star review! I have outfitted SummerSalt with 10 years of my experiences staying in other rentals with my family. The best vacations start with a house that makes staying easy. More bowls than you need, multiple place settings, extra supplies, and on the cape - lots of beach gear so you don’t have to bring your own. High standards on cleaning, a responsive host that truly seeks out and acts upon guest feedback, plus all the little extras make for a great stay. I’m thrilled you enjoyed. I enjoyed hosting you. Don’t be a stranger.

Perfect Cape house! Beautifully appointed with thoughtful decor and finishes. Great layout. Very comfortable beds. Great location on quiet street. Outdoor space was very useful with great deck, perfect gas fire pit area and outdoor shower. Andi was very easy to communicate with, and very thoughtful and helpful. Would definitely rent again!

So glad the deck, fire pit, and the house checked the boxes for you. Psyched to hear the beds rocked. It’s crazy how much that can make or ruin a vacation! See you in 2027!
