This was a great property for our large family. We had 8 adults and 2 children and needed a spacious home close to Hickory and this was a great place. Very nice renovation of older home that added useful and elegant amenities. We enjoyed the spacious living room, the Pac-Man arcade and especially the outdoor ping-pong table. We would definitely recommend this home to anyone needing lots of beds and space in the area.

The house is very big and can accommodate a lot of people. It has everything you need. The host is responsive. There were a few things we would note. There is a trailer on the property. It is in the pictures but I don’t think we knew it was in the same driveway. It wasn’t a big deal because they were quiet and we didn’t interact with them at all but we did have a dog so it made us have to keep a closer eye on him. The house wasn’t totally clean. The floors definitely need a good scrubbing and the fridge was dirty. But the rest of the house was clean and nice. Overall if you have a large group and need a place to stay it would be good.

Hi Elaina, Thank you so much for taking the time to share your experience! We’re glad the space worked well for your family. We appreciate you flagging the cleanliness issues with the floors and fridge — that’s not the standard we hold ourselves to, and we’ve already spoken with our cleaning crew to make sure those areas get extra attention going forward. We’ll also look at how we can make the trailer’s presence clearer in the listing so there are no surprises on arrival. Thanks again for the thoughtful feedback, and we’d love to host you and your group again in the future! Warmly, Grace
