This newly constructed one-bedroom condo in Sheepscot Harbour Resort is a perfect home away from home on the Edgecomb waterfront. With a well-equipped kitchen, a water-view deck, and an open-concept living and dining area, there's plenty of space for four guests. Walk to Red's Eats for the best lobster roll in Maine, or drive to Fort Edgecomb State Park to enjoy a picnic on the waterfront. Neighboring towns are easily accessible and waiting to be explored.

Whip up a favorite recipe in a well-equipped kitchen with stainless steel appliances. Gather in the dining area to savor home-cooked meals around a table set for four. Come together in an open-concept living area, where a sofa provides seating for four guests. Sit back and enjoy each other's company, or watch a movie on the wall-mounted flat-screen TV. The sofa converts to a queen-size sleeper bed.

Begin each day with a hot cup of coffee on the balcony overlooking the Sheepscot River. Two patio chairs and a side table offer a quiet place to sit and enjoy the morning. Please note that the balcony now has a divider, creating a more private space to relax. Slumber in a queen-size bedroom featuring a dark wood headboard, matching bedside tables, and a 32-inch wall-mounted flatscreen TV. An adjoining guest bathroom—also accessible from the hallway—has a shower. There are three adjoining units which can be rented together. Ideal for families- porches all adjoin, and two units within the building connect.

Situated within the Sheepscot Harbour Resort in Edgecomb, your newly constructed condo is within walking distance (15 minutes) to Red's Eats, a famed seafood joint serving up the best lobster roll in Maine. Or drive 10 minutes to Fort Edgecomb State Park and enjoy a picnic on the waterfront. The central location near Route 1 means neighboring towns are easily accessible. Get out and explore nearby Wiscasset, Boothbay Harbor, Damariscotta, Bath, Brunswick, and Camden.

We absolutely loved our stay here! The Condo was clean, quiet and spacious with a beautiful view of the river. It was stocked with plenty of towels & linens. Condo was easy to book and to access. Owners were more then happy to help us imand Inna timely manner. Very close to Rt 1 and access to many point! We would definitely stay again

Above Expectations

This was our second time to stay at the View II and it was wonderful. We especially appreciated the balcony and the great view of the river. The unit is spacious and the full kitchen is a plus. We were disappointed that only 1 tv worked this time, because one reason we rented this unit again is 2 TVs. The ceiling fan in the bedroom was a little noisy and it would also be nice if there was a small dresser in the bedroom for folded clothes. But otherwise, I highly recommend this unit and the area around Edgewater and Wiscasset.

Excellent accommodation - beautiful view. We gave it a 5 but the only issues were no dresser/ drawers in bedroom. And neighbors were a bit noisy.

Great view and location

Stayed 5 nights and was in a good place for all we wanted to do. 45 min north to Rockland for Lobsterfest, Portland about an hour and Boothbay Harbor only 15 min.

Loved the condo. So clean and organized. We had a wonderful stay- going to Acadia, Boothbay, Southport, and into Wiscasset. First trip to Maine and your home was the perfect place for us. Loved the view!

Great location

Beautiful view from deck. Great location and condo was nicely arranged. Handrail was rotten and needs replacement. It would be great if the handrail extended to the steps for the elderly with mobility issues. I would definitely stay there again.

We were comfortable in this property. Kitchen was very usable and living had the basics of comfort. Bed was very nice, but because the room is a bit small there is no dresser to unpack for an extended stay. Would do a short stay here again.

I’ve were in Maine to visit a dear friend who is I’ll. The location was perfect right on the water. While there we were able to take in the beautiful sights nearby. We had everything we needed in the rental. I’m sure we’re going to return in the future. Look forward to staying with you again.
