Sei in spiaggia! Nuota, fai snorkeling, fai surf o semplicemente rilassati in spiaggia o in piscina! Immergiti nella bellezza naturale di Kauai! È tutto a pochi passi!

Il tuo secondo piano, lanai con vista sull'oceano, è a soli 100 metri dall'oceano nella soleggiata zona di South Shore Poipu a Kauai, "l'Isola dei Giardini". Sarai cullato dal sonno tra le onde dell'oceano e gli alisei che sussurrano tra le palme nell'adiacente Prince Kuhio Park. La vista dalla camera da letto è di 180 gradi, dall'oceano alla montagna. L'atmosfera qui è "classica hawaiana", dolce e rilassata.

Due spiagge sono ognuna a tre minuti a piedi e offrono nuoto e snorkeling protetti con tartarughe e pesci all'interno della barriera corallina, nonché surf presso PK, Centers e Acid Drops sulla barriera corallina esterna. Molte altre spiagge e zone di surf si trovano nelle vicinanze. Nelle vicinanze si trovano tutti i ristoranti Poipu e Koloa, campi da golf, negozi e servizi. Altre attrazioni di South Shore Kauai sono facilmente raggiungibili in auto. Da non perdere il Beach House Restaurant, dall'altra parte della strada, famoso per la magnifica vista del tramonto.

Valore! Questo è uno dei segreti meglio custoditi per i valori degli affitti nella zona di Poipu. La nostra bellissima unità condominiale con una camera da letto è stata recentemente completamente rinnovata con nuovi mobili. Dispone di un letto king-size nella camera da letto con vista sull'oceano, cucina completa, zona pranzo, bagno, lavatrice / asciugatrice e un soggiorno con vista sul giardino. Gli animali NON sono ammessi, non fumatori. I giardini sono lussureggianti e dispongono di piscina, area barbecue e parcheggio coperto. Prince Kuhio è un piccolo complesso ed è valutato come un "valore dell'oro solido" da "The Ultimate Kauai Guidebook".

Beautiful Stay!

We had a lovely time at this property. The location was amazing along with all the amenities in the Condo and the grounds as well. Doug and Patti were responsive hosts and we will recommend this place to anyone visiting the island!

This was our home base for all of our daily excursions. Very well stocked condo. Loved watching the surfers, snorkelers, and waves!

Relaxing and beautiful location

What a lovely location in Poipu! The condo was comfortable, bright and perfect for our stay! The sunrises in the morning from the balcony were beautiful.We had everything needed to enjoy the beach - umbrella, chairs, towels and even a snorkel. We didn't cook or BBQ but the kitchen was stocked to accommodate your needs.The beach is right across the street or you can drive a mile down the road to Poipu Beach to enjoy the turtles that come onto the sand to bask in the sun.Riptide - a little kiosk a short walk from the condo has great shaved ice!It's easy to go to Kaua'i but very hard to leave!Mahalo for sharing your relaxing condo with us - we hope to return soon!!

Beautiful landscaping and pool.

Great unit on second floor, nicley appointed. Conveniently located a short drive to many attractions and beaches. In a nice condo neighborhood with a great property manager.

Great place to stay

Amazing accommodations, incredible view from balcony, great location near beach and shopping center. Has a great vibe and community, pool is also excellent. Would recommend.

Lovely condo in a beautiful location

This condo was everything we had hooed for and more! It was very comfortable and very well equipped. We had an ocean view from the bedroom and enjoyed the ocean breezes as we slept

Great property at a great location. Walkable to many things and if not walkable, short drive to everything on south/south east side of island. Be prepared to wake to the chickens ~4:30am daily!

Great space and location!

We loved this place! There was so much space for the 2 of us and the balcony with the ocean view and breeze was a dream! Highly recommend and would gladly stay here again. I was nervous about not having AC, but with the windows open, the wind kept it perfectly comfortable! We also didn’t have a car during our stay here but found the area to have plenty of walkable access to beaches, food, and shopping.

Incredible in every way

From the view of the gardens just out the front door, to the view of the ocean out the back and everything in between, this place is breathtaking! The hosts have worked to think of everything one might need, including scuba gear & beach towels. As one other reviewer said, do not be concerned with the lack of air condoning. Once the windows are open, the ocean breeze keeps the apartment at the perfect temperature. Would heartily recommend this property, and would gladly stay here again. This is one of the best

Great condo!

We really loved this condo. It had everything we needed for cooking some meals and enjoying the beach. We slept with the door open for a nice breeze and the condo was never too hot. The Rooster alarm clock does go off pretty early but we were able to go back to sleep most mornings. We would definitely stay here again!

Location, location, location

This little gem of a condo building is no longer a well kept secret. It is in the perfect place to snorkel, shop, dine out, swim, walk, view amazing marine life, and mingle with an awesome community of travelers. Doug and Patty are excellent hosts and conscientious property owners. You will not go wrong here.

Our bit of paradise

Second time on Kauai & at PK, & both booked through Vrbo. We love this condo complex for its location & quaintness. This place was lovely & well equipped with washer & dryer. The dishwasher was a suprise! The sound of the surf from the bed & the fountain from the couch reminded us we were in paradise.

Convenient and Nice

I thought everything about this property was great. The only thing I would change is to have air conditioning. We happened to go during a heat wave and it was impossible to sleep with that kind of heat. Other than that, I loved this property. It was a great location to get to the beach, to get to all of our dive sites, traffic was less that other places and there was access to a close shopping center. I would recommend anyone who rents this property to use the underground parking though to protect the cars from bird poop. The birds are everywhere first thing in the morning and at dusk. The bird mess was unbelievable! However, the condo had everything we needed as far as dishes and utensils and beach gear. We loved using the balcony and it was nice to have a washer and dryer handy for our wet stuff. I would rent this property again but hope for cooler weather next time!

Nice, but

The location is very good but there were several glaring problems. 1- no ac 2- told it would sleep 4 but that is not true. The couch is not comfortable and the "futon" is a joke as far as sleeping is concerned. 3-The sun comes right in the bedroom at 5:30 or so and the unit desperately needs blackout curtains if you want to sleep past 5:30 am. We cannot recommend this unit until the above items are addressed. Now, it should also be noted that the unit was well stocked in all respects and the property is well maintained and the gardens are quite lovely. Best for two people assuming the corrections are made.

Airy, breezy, wonderful stay

We deeply enjoyed our stay here in Patti’s home!! The condo was very well-stocked with everything you could ever need—it made our home-cooking easy. There’s cooking oil, creamer for coffee, sugar packets, rice, a bunch of seasoning that guests have left behind but still usable, pots and pans and cooking utensils. Seriously well-stocked. There’s also sunscreen, shampoo, conditioner, bug repellant which came very handy for our hikes and luau. The location of this condo is excellent! From the bedroom, you can see, hear, and smell the ocean breeze with great inflow coming through the condo making it a very comfortable stay for us. We were able to open up the huge sliding glass door for the breeze to come in. This was helpful! The king-sized mattress was comfortable. I woke up every morning feeling refreshed and ready to explore the island. We also had beach chairs, ice chest, and umbrellas along with beach towels to use. I would recommend replacing the beach mat and boogie board. They appeared tired and very used. :) We were also able to enjoy the refreshing pool and made some new friends. Easy access. Parking was easy also with plenty of spaces. The location of this condo was perfect. A quick drive to the shops, restaurants, and beaches. You could also easily walk to the beach and go for a morning jog. Words can’t really describe the appreciation we have for this condo and the location. We wish we could stay here the entire Kauai vacation of 9 nights—but we moved on up to Princeville which wasn’t all it’s cracked up to be. We would definitely stay here again in a heartbeat. Just a few recommendations: It needs some easy updates like a new ceiling fan, some fresh paint. Otherwise a great stay!!

In 2008, we retired and moved to Kauai after vacationing in our Prince Kuhio condo for nearly 10 years. We are now able to make improvements and completed a re-model with new cabinets, appliances, granite countertops and carpet.
