This is a sweet property that is clean, but a bit dated. A big boost for the property would be a water filter system. The faucets were ossified, and the dishwasher left detergent on dishes after the cycle had run. It is a quiet property with a peekaboo view of the water. The property is also centrally located.

Relaxing and secluded, but short walk to town

We loved our stay. The house was clean and cozy. The llamas in the field were a fun touch for my little ones.

We had a great time!

Very comfortable farmhouse close to the village. Beds were comfortable, and bathrooms were clean. The kitchen was well stocked.

Peaceful, comfortable home on Lopez Island

We had a great stay in this house on Lopez. It's a 2 minute drive from the main commercial center and easy access to the ferry and other locations. Very quiet location with gorgeous views of the distant mountains.

Pleasant Old Farm House Near Village

My wife, adult daughter and I stayed here for a weekend and it was a great place from which to explore the entire island. Very close to Lopez Village, where coffee & supplies are readily available.

Thanksgiving stay

The house has lots of old farmhouse charm. No view of the ocean but secluded from other houses and just a quick drive to any beach.

Spacious and charming

Lovely

The space is bigger than it looks in the picture! Really enjoyed staying at this cabin. It felt remote but was only a 10+ minute walk into town. Will definitely be staying here again.

Lopez Island

The property was quiet, clean, with an easy walk to Lopez Village . From the property you can see the Cascade Mts. which is lovely way to start and end a day of hiking, kayaking and reading.

Lopez Island

250 Milagra was a comfortable, clean and convenient house. It is a short walk to Lopez Village and the house had everything you would need. I would definitely stay there On a future trip to the island.

Annual Family Gathering

We called this our “quiet” house and it’s perfect for adults and older teens. Close walk/bike to the village. Very peaceful.

Wonderful Stay

We had a wonderful stay at this charming an comfortable farm house. The view was so fantastic that we kept the door open whenever we were at home. We appreciated the washer and dryer so that we coud go home with a suitcase full of clean clothes. The kitchen was well stocked and made it easy to make some lovely home cooked meals. This was a perfect respite for our family getaway.

Sunny and charming

We loved it! Wonderful kitchen/dining area with open space and plenty of windows. Nice bedrooms for all. Good amenities, from washer-dryer to Wi-Fi. Lopez Village is small, but you’re right near it.

Lopez farmhouse

Lovely farmhouse, close to town but situated at the end of a quiet lane. We loved being able to walk to town. The house is warm and cozy and open and light. We were comfortable, relaxed and happy.

Super close to the Village

We had a lovely time at the house - it is super close to the Village and yet you feel totally secluded and peaceful. The kitchen is well stocked with pots and pans and the grill is new and clean. The rooms are nice and the space is well utilized. We will be back!

Classic Farmhouse.

Classic Farmhouse a wonderful private location amongst the trees. Bunnies kept us entertained. Great back porch with a wonderful view. Super quiet. Had everything we needed for a perfect weekend.

Peaceful and Idyllic

The setting was beautiful with a feeling of complete privacy even though the “village”was a short walk away. The house had an ideal layout for the 6 of us. We were traveling with our adult sons, and their partners, so we appreciated the layout of the house which gave everyone privacy and plenty of places to gather.

Weekend Stay

Our stay with our children 5 and 2 was great. The house is listed as a rustic farm house whis is definately true however modern amenities make this property very comfortable. It was a cold weekend and the house was plenty warm for my children. Great kitchen with plenty of room made our stay more than comfortable during the pandemic. 10/10 would stay here again.
