This quiet, cozy little place on the bay was just what my dogs and I needed. Beds were comfy, all appliances were fab and couches were comfy, too. Bedding and bathroom towels were great! LOVE, love the brand of soap and shampoo available to use. Check in/out was easy. We will definitely return this summer :)

Great stay

Clean house, location is perfect for fishing and beach. Host reached back out in good timing for a question i had. Coffee and beach view every morning and relaxing with beach view at night.

Wonderful stay! We can’t wait to come back!

Such a clean and quaint cottage. We definitely enjoyed the comfort and beach vibe of Bay Breeze. It was furnished with everything we need and we’re also thankful for the fenced yard for our pup to enjoy while we were relaxing on the back deck. Coffee on the front porch over looking the bay for sunrise was fabulous! Thank you for hosting us

Excellent

We very much enjoyed our stay. Loved that it is very clean and they were very prompt when i couldn't figure out the porch light in the back.There is one thing that i would like added on is to install safety bars in the bath tub. We will gladly stay there again.

Nice vacation

This house is 100% awesome! Don’t let the outside make you keep strolling. Very cozy and loved sitting up front watching the people pass by our the fishing boats. I definitely will be staying here again. Thanks to the owner real nice setup

Perfect Get Away!

Property was in excellent condition and clean. We loved the location, across the street from the bay and close to all amenities. Our schnauzer loved the fenced back yard and back porch. We had all the things we needed to cook at home and everything worked! We were impressed of the property and will probably go back. The town’s people were very welcoming and friendly. Beautiful Full Moon the night we left.

Great place to stay

The house was on a corner lot. Neighborhood was very quiet so we could go for a late night walk or simply relax on the porch. House was a nice 2/2 and fulfilled all our needs. Piers were a short walk for fishing and the beach was a short drive. Lots of restaurants were 5-10 min away as well. I will definitely consider this place next time I’m in Rockport.

Adorable Cottage on the Bay

This is our second time to stay! You can’t beat the location and the home is adorable. My only complaint is the check in/out times are 4pm and 10am! When I requested an earlier check in , the rental service didn’t respond to me until 24 hours later and obviously we were already checked in! Besides that though, we had a wonderful trip for my 65th birthday!!

Rockport vacation

Coffee maker dirty it ruined our first cup of coffee. Toilet constantly running had to turn off the water. Sugar ants ruined our drinks, and our breakfast this morning they are in the kitchen and on top of the dining table.

Cute, close, and comy

Waterfront property with an unobstructed view of the Bay. My Dad has some mobility issues but he was able to make it up and down the front stoop and out the back deck. We cooked half our meals at the house and fished everyday. The house is close to Aransas Pass, on the edge of South Rockport, and easily accessible to and from. I would tell you it’s better, but I want it to be available again next time.

Weekend Getaway

The inside of the home was quaint and very clean. The front yard was not managed very well. Grass was not cut, weeds were growing and patches of missing grass everywhere. Other homes next door and across the street had yards that were more presentable. The outside of the house could use some TLC.

Complete nightmare

Arrived to a very high yard. Called Vacasa , local manager reached out to me and that’s all she did reach out and take me for ride. House is very nice and cozy my second time there, my first time was absolutely flawless! Mosquitoes were in millions, now everyone knows cut yard and yard guard works good. I use at home super. Anyways we had to go cruising our hang out inside and a big waste of money. Being honest goes a long way with me. Using Vacasa again in September cause trip paid but after that looking for somebody else.
