This is the second time staying here. Very quite neighborhood and close to grocery stores and the Rockport beach. Love the screen in patio for pet and humans to enjoy mesquito free morning coffee or everything cocktail.

A wonderful, quiet, clean, and well furnished home in a perfect location! The neighborhood was very quiet. The bed was very comfortable! Love the layout of the home. My wife and I definitely plan to stay here again!

Host is amazing. We went to see Whooping Cranes and they did not disappoint. Location is close for viewing and boat tour. The house is well equipped - we didn't need anything. It's clean and very cozy!

Get Away

We come to Rockport several times a year. This was our first stay here and throughly enjoyed house ESPECIALLY the porch! We spent 98% of our time at the house the space was fantastic. The beds were so comfortable. Definitely will recommend and stay again.

All the things

This place is in one of the best neighbors, close to all the things you go to Rockport to do. It is comfortable, functional and nicely decorated. The screened patio is perfect for hanging out and listening to the birds. We are looking forward to staying again.

Just right

We have been vacationing in Rockport for 20 years and this is our 4th house. The others were lovely in their own way but the Zen house ticks all the boxes. It is in a great location. It is clean and comfortable. The decor is pretty and beachy but not too beachy. And the screened in porch is the best place to start and end each day while you are there.

Great house that needs a little fixing up

The Lani the fire pit the two bedrooms with two baths roomy all this very nice. Kitchen fully equipped lots of silverware and knives. Tons of dishes and pots n pans

Family vacation

Inside of the house looks good remodeled but not very clean at all dead roaches all over the place and the floor was not mopped but we made the best of it I guess The house was ok kind of hidden with all the trees but the patio was nice and the trees kept it cool Neighborhood was quiet and close to the beach

Bug Paradise

This home was infested with bugs everywhere. It was all over the house and over the beds. The actually house was decent.

If only it hadn't rained the entire time.

The house is exactly as photographed and the beds are comfy. Love that enclosed porch! Hot water takes a minute to come on, but we're used to that. Tap tastes just fine. Lots of restaurants are very close by and HEB too. Quiet neighborhood. If ever we return to this part of the Gulf we'd be very happy to stay here again!
